    Really enjoyed this. The mixing up kept the mind from drifting into boredom. I’ll do this again soon but add another 20min piece in.

    Eric, I am glad you were getting a bead on and breathing a bit during this. This is a really good piece of work. Like Jens says in his comment the drop down to 20 after the higher rates is tough and I really appreciated your gentle cajoling to keep the power and split going after the higher rate minutes. The higher rate bits are enjoyable but it took me a couple to get it into my thick head that there is no REAL recovery!😁 Find your reminders on technique really useful. Interestingly, my splits were much the same for the first 4 as the second 4 i.e. The first was the same as five and 2 was the same as 6 etc. Splits gradually getting a couple seconds faster because of the increasingly higher rate minute. Thanks Eric great workout!

    Dropping to 20 was very tough after higher rates. My body was asking for a break each time. Thanks for a good workout btw!
