Eric, I am glad you were getting a bead on and breathing a bit during this. This is a really good piece of work. Like Jens says in his comment the drop down to 20 after the higher rates is tough and I really appreciated your gentle cajoling to keep the power and split going after the higher rate minutes. The higher rate bits are enjoyable but it took me a couple to get it into my thick head that there is no REAL recovery!😁 Find your reminders on technique really useful. Interestingly, my splits were much the same for the first 4 as the second 4 i.e. The first was the same as five and 2 was the same as 6 etc. Splits gradually getting a couple seconds faster because of the increasingly higher rate minute. Really enjoyed this. The mixing up kept the mind from drifting into boredom. I’ll do this again soon but add another 20min piece in.

Dropping to 20 was very tough after higher rates. My body was asking for a break each time. Thanks for a good workout btw!
