Ward is an Olympic Gold Medalist and undisputed world champion, in a brutal weightclass too. His technique IS the standard, not what some broke hillbilly taught u at a tae kwan doe storefront. Plus, this is training, actual boxing is in ring fighting. This sport is not a contest of form, like figure skating is. Even so, his form is stellar.

You can see the intelligence when he punches and moves. Fights backwards, changes angles, slips, doubles up on either side, exits the pocket at an advantage angle, loops the right throws it straight measures. Impressive style.

Very impressive handspeed, footwork and workout overall. Andre is absolute best in jumping ropes. One difference between his workout and that of Kovalev and GGG is that the latter do a lot of stretching exercises, which is probably a wise tactic, because this is good prevention against knee injuries to which Andre is prone. Have you ever noticed that Kovalev and Golovkin are seldom injured if at all?

Won the Super-Six Tournament and last Saturday TKO'd Dawson giving him a boxing lesson in the process. Mayweather and Pacquiao haven't been in a significant fight recently.
