I bought this steamer and noticed during my mid week moisturizer routine...all i need is to steam and a little bit of water to detangle my hair! I no longer need any detangle products!! Thank you for this tip
Wow this is an excellent video! I never thought of using a facial steamer for my hair to add more moisture. Although I have high porosity 4c hair, it tends to be extremely dry & brittle. Your tips will really help me to build better moisture retention in my hair routine. Thanks for sharing. Great job! 👍🏾
I have just watched your video using the facial steamer to impart maximum moisture as well as improve scalp health and promote hair growth between wash days and I must admit that I am happily impressed with your process as well as your results. So much so that I plan to incorporate the process as part of my hair care regimen. Thanks so much for sharing your video. By the way, I also love your beautiful hair bonnet!!
Hey Cynthia. That’s so great. Let me know how it works for your hair. Thanks for the compliment on my bonnet as well. You can find it on my website here ➡️ www.humbleglow.com
This routine is everything ! ❤️ ugh I do something similar but i'm going to try this method except for me instead of oil lately Ive been loving TGIN hair butter! Your hair is beautiful and great tips!
Thank u so much for this vid 🙏🏾 I have low porosity 4c hair and I needed a vid that can help me how to properly moisturize my hair the right way. This video helps me. But how much hair should I loose after combing it through?
It’s best to experiment and find products that work well with your hair. I didn’t know rice bran oil contained protein. The curl loves behaves more like a moisture based moisturizer on my hair.
Oh no...I could never😳. Even my relaxed hair changes with moisture. Does that mean I have the opposite of low porosity hair because my natural hair texture is similar to yours?
I’m so glad I found your channel. I feel like unsubscribing from the other You-tubers😀😀😀 Your hair closely resembles mine. Very informative. Thank you.
i have tightttt 4c low porosity hair and my hair gets dry very easily no joke my friend cut her hand on my hair and it sounds like a zipper when i comb it anybody know a product that will soften it and create a slip
How long does does take you to do all together with the streamer....my hair has just pasted bra strap and I’m getting discouraged especially when it detangling time
Isn't opening up the cuticle layer bad???? Also, why not oil your scalp after you've moisturised your hair? You wouldn't have to be so careful with it.
Finally real 4C hair 🙌😍
Yes girl. I always have the same reaction 🙌🏾
FR though 😂😂😂
For the ladies that do not own a steamer, you can get the same effect and results by showering without a shower cap ;)
Great tip. I want to try that but soap always end up in my hair.
@@Tyiece maybe pineapple your hair
I do that everyday! To wake up my wash n go. I don’t know how this would effect a twist out or braid-out set. Unless you wanted to retwist after.

Your hair is so pretty...thick, full, and healthy

Your hair has grown sooo much. Looks nice and moisturized. That steamer looks like a nice investment. Thanks for sharing.
I finally found hair bout the same length and texture as mine😊

Great Idea to Steam periodically instead of wetting/shampooing! Water is so important for natural hair. Thanks for sharing! 😊
It really is!
I agree! That’s real 4C hair that I have and I need a good hairstylist.
Wow.. you have my 4c hair, same length when shrunken and stretched 😍
I feel this is the only channel i would need
That would be amazing. Thank you for tuning in
I do this with the steam from the shower; it's good if you have soft or filtered water.
Oh I wish I had filtered water 💦. That’s my next goal
@@Tyiece It’s a game changer for real!
A real 4c hair content😍
I never thought of steaming my hair. Definitely will try!!
Some oils are lubricants and some are sealants so u can use sealants after moisturising the hair with water and creams
Gurl that camille rose serum is amazing!!!! You made a wonderful investment!!!
Ok thanks. Good to know. No wondering it’s been calling me to get it lol 😆
🚶♀️Let me get my garment steamer to work sis

Thank you. This was such a helpful video.
How long have you been growing your hair for, do you have any tips on how to revive hairline? My braids really messed up my hairline
Low manipulation, is the key
Leave the edges free and apply black castor oil daily!
Your hair is beautiful.
Love your streamer. That Camille Rose love milk does have RICE protein.
The hair milk has rice milk and aloe , are they not protein ? X
First time watching you and I learned so much!!! Thank you!!!
Yes so happy I can help. Thank you for watching
Doesnt the Curl Love contain protein? Is the rice bran a protein component ? idk. It was really drying on my 4c low porosity hair

Yesssss this steaming method I want to try
Love this technique. What were the name of the hair products you used
Is that a continuous spray bottle?
Yes it is
I love watching your videos♥️💕🧡
Thank you
Do I need this steamer or can I just boil water on the stove?
How do I check if my hair is high or low porosity
If it takes time for your hair to get completely wet and get dry it's low porosity. If it gets wet quickly and dries quickly it's high porosity hair.
Where did you get your steamer from? For some reason, the links don't work for me.
I got it as a birthday gift. It’s on Amazon here amzn.to/3nvV5Y6

I put my hair in individual twists and cut half an inch of my ends.

Smh!!! try black curl girls

Your hair looks the same.
Yes that’s how true Afro hair appears but it’s all about how it feels
It will always look the same🤣🤣. The difference is that it feels completely different.
Lol we're not looking at the same hair, definitely more shiny and springy afterwards ❤
