Hello, you can only lose belly fat by spanking abdominal pilates or you also have to do cardio because I have fat that does not want to leave the lower abdomen thank you very much
this was the best workout I did in while... it made me feel SO good and relaxed !
I also sweated a ton but it was such a "good" sweaty feeling

Probably it depends on the intensity and mussels percentage. My watch shows 230 :). Anyway it is better than 0.
