This was my first Pilates workout I’ve done and I was looking for something that was kind of intense and this was PERFECT! I am sweating like crazy, I feel so good after it. Love the music and the workout!!!

I loved the workout! It is nicely balanced and truly covers the whole body. The video is super profecionaly done, no wasted time, perfect warnings, and heads up. I am not a fan of unesesary talking, and this workout is one of my favorites. Thank you, Eleni!

Wow! I have never felt so motivated and energetic after the workout! Tbh I love to workout, but this year I feeling like exhausting after the hiit. However, this workout gave me those forgotten joy I felt before. Will do everyday!!!
This was a bit difficult for me but I made sure to finish it. I did not get 400 calories though, apple watch gave me 260 calories. I felt it in every muscle and joint. Thanks alot, will make part of my workout routine.

This workout is soo easy and feels so light but it was the first workout HIIT that made me almost black out (please, don't do it with an empty stomach), SO EFFECTIVE, it's been so long since I felt like that WOW

A great workout. I love them all. Wasn't loving this at first, but it grew on me. I'd grown accustomed to the 40 on 10 off format. That extra 10 seconds - dang! But that's probably where the work is being done. I prefer less (no) jumping, but those moves are easily 'customizable'. I just do the non - jump version and speed it up. Keeps my heart rate up. Thank you!

I burnt 370 calories on this one, used some light dumbells in parts to up the intensity a little. Found it quite challenging and suits me more than intense HIIT workouts. Great mix of cardio and toning.

Hi been doing your exercises for a while at first could do more ten minutes but now I can keep up with your videos I’m actually a guy and ive tried weights but I’m naturally slim my friend’s girlfriend said I’d never be big and that should work with what I have I feel more energised and she suggested your videos I’m also doing Zumba and Pilates classes thanks 🙏 everything 😊😊😊

Wow I found this challenging. I couldn't even do the rocker at the end 😂 That's how inflexible I am but that's exactly why ill carry on doing pilates because it challenges me in a different way to lifting weights. So many corrections to be made 😳 Thankyou x

This is one of my favourite workouts... time just flowed, very challenging for a newcomer to pilates. Internally complaining about why there was no break and then boom, the workout was over 😂😂😂😂
