    this was the best workout I did in while... it made me feel SO good and relaxed !
    I also sweated a ton but it was such a "good" sweaty feeling

    I really love your exercises. You do exercises look like dancing, i love it. I started your exercises in this week and felt so great. I think that i will do it every day

    This was my first Pilates workout I’ve done and I was looking for something that was kind of intense and this was PERFECT! I am sweating like crazy, I feel so good after it. Love the music and the workout!!!

    A few years ago I tried pilates for the first time in my life and I didnt like it, my back ended up hurting a lot! But now Im giving it a second chance, I did this routine and loved it!

    This is one of my favourite workouts... time just flowed, very challenging for a newcomer to pilates. Internally complaining about why there was no break and then boom, the workout was over 😂😂😂😂

    Hello, you can only lose belly fat by spanking abdominal pilates or you also have to do cardio because I have fat that does not want to leave the lower abdomen thank you very much

    I don’t see how this could be 400 calories. My Apple Watch says I burned 101.

      Probably it depends on the intensity and mussels percentage. My watch shows 230 :). Anyway it is better than 0.
