I used this last year on a fresh tree and it actually keep the needles from drying out and falling off. I loved the look of it and the tree was gorgeous. I already bought 5 cans this year, but since we have a new puppy I can't decide whether to use it or not. Thank you for putting this out there. Merry Christmas!
we always purchased a green painted tree, even though they came in colors. then the lights, then my favorite part. Mama got out the ivory flakes, added a smidgen of water, and turn the electric on, and beat till it looked like snow. we then added it to the tree. It was not flocked, but it had beautiful snowy results. If I could find the ivory flakes I would use them again. have you ever tried this?
Thanks for this video. Your are one brave lady to spray that stuff inside your house. I bought a can to try, but I think I'm just going to use spray paint instead...outside. You saved me the trouble of trying this stuff. Your tree looks lovely.
That can has the warning on the back “THIS IS NOT A FLOCKING SPRAY - DO NOT USE TO FULLY FLOCK TREES OR WREATHS AN EXTREMELY HEAVY COAT WILL NOT DRY PROPERLY”

There are so many wrongs here....using on a fake tree, using on a pre-lit tree, spraying it in the house. I wouldn't follow here lead. Next year, it's going to look like hell after storing for a year.
Congratulations, you flocked your walls, rugs toenails and kids. You are a genius!

what kind of tree lights do you have?
That tree is stuffed to the brim with decorations.
Thank you for doing this , I appreciate it so much
What if you now longer want the snow effect can it come off or you need to purchase a new tree?
Yes 😂
purchase a new one
Did it eventually fully dry? I did mine last night and as on noon today, it's still not dry.
I want to know this too I just did mine this morning lol
@@HeatherRyan18 did it dry?
Did it dry?
You need to use adhesive spray first
I was hoping that this could work. Does it?
Do it outside?
It seems like a good idea but only if the doorway is wider than the tree.
R.I.P

Where can I buy the spray you’re using? I will definitely try. Please share it with me 😊
Walmart has it for like $2.00 It's way expensive on Amazon.
Walmart, Hobby Lobby are the places we've found it.
What if you spray, adhesive spray?
What is that?

A lot of this type of spray can specifically say on it NOT for flockong. Just an fyi.
How is this DIY? You just bought the spray bottles and sprayed with that.
It is because u didn’t buy the tree like that. Which is cheaper
