little suggestion brother ,,, when ever u drain ur oil in any auto mobile,,,,, always open the inlet first,,, then open the drain nut... it will help the oil to flow down ward more easily,,,, and no vacuum will occur inside engine,,,, thanks,, All the best
no need to open it, if it was vacuum oil wont flow down at all so its not, by the way if open or not it is always remain about 100-200gr inside engine that you cant get away whatever you do, only full engine opening can show you how much inside and that not critical for engine
Yes this guy is revving the engine without any oil he should wait at least 2-3 minutes so the oil pump can pump the oil and lubricate all the important parts

Motul 300v is the best bet for short stroke engines. 300v helps you to sip all the juice out of your bike. Keep motul 7100 as your 2nd option. And most importantly AMAZING VIDEO. KEEP IT UP brother.

never saw this kind of burnt black oil from my duke!😨 I use Mobil1 Racing 4t 10w40 fully snth (golden colour)from 700kms onwards & results are astonishing. very Less heating, negligible vibrations,silky smooth& 50kmpl fuel economy at speed of 60kmph. what else to expect.😌
Well Yeah! I have checked it 7-8 times(tankful method) & it was fluctuating between 49.71,50.2,48.9,51.6 and so on. But warn you I have been riding it sedately and in very minimal traffic. Points you can try-( every gear change at 4.5-5k rpm,60kmph constant speed,not lugging the engine,not keeping a high gear below 4000rpm,constant speed,minmal breaking,use of clutch while off the throttle(coasting),Ron95 Fuel,iridium sparkplug(NGK LKAR8AI-9),Mobil 1 racing 4t (10w40 engine oil),oil change at 7k kms,keep airfilter clean,gradual increase in throttle,No sudden takoff-breakin) well these are alot of thing to take care of! & if have reched till here reading this. 👉I also have fun on highways once in month matiaining a speed of 80-90 kmph.(below 7000rpm) Fuel economy is 43kmpl. Anything higher than 125kmph it drops to KTM claimed 35kmpl.

Nayeer Samsi don't do anything bro just change engine oil and oil filter that's it and if coolant level goes down fill coolant has I showed in video,nothing to do than this,coolant and engine oil are different oil act has lubricant and coolant which cool the engine in liquid cooling system.
Pour some oil into the oil filter before you insert it back into its bay. Also, you're supposed to use 1.4 litres of motul 7100 bro.. You'll screw up the engine like this. Leave the engine in idle for some time so that oil can heat up a little..

Once see the oil colour and take some oil on finger check the consistency (thickness),if you think oil condition was worse change the oil and oil filter.

+Dhanush Vv you can ask them for 1.4L, When changing oil they will open two bottles and they use 1.4L rest of the oil is stored for future use some times they may provide or else you have to buy two.

Motorbike engines have breather hoses so you dont need to open it up anywhere else I dont know about other engines though

1 more thing always use a cloth,, no tissue papers,,,, it will start breaking,,,, and might go inside the engine

depends upon nature and quality of tissue paper i think because some tissues are very soft and easily breaks easily when meet with water or liquid.
Oil is corrosive, tissues dissolve easily. Just use high quality ones that don't fragment easily

Put some oil in to new filter before u insert it in to the vehicle. Otherwise it will cause to make dry the engine for few seconds

hey guys . I owe a Duke 200 . when the speedometer runs above 75-80kmph the part near my gear lever get heated up so much instantly I can't even step my foot on left foot rest. what may be the cause and if so please suggest me with a solution... thank you

Stand straight the bike and see the level when u put the oil..maybe 1.4/1.5 litre

Almost same but in 390 there are two drain plug, you can find beside the Main drain plug.

5100 better than 7100 FOR DUKE 200 AND NS200 GUYS. I am using 15w50 castrol or 5100. If u have a high rpm engine u could use 7100. Ex. R25
