Mast video. One thing missing is cleaning air filter box and checking for oil inside air filter box. Many a times, "blow by" oil is thrown or dust inside the filter box. Cleaning it is a good technique. KTMs are also prone to breaking their air filter box. All the info is much helpful bro. 🤘

Leaking oil outside can't be the issue... Water pump special oil seal or a bad head gasket can cause the issue... Addresd it asap otherwise it can damage the whole engine because the coolant is getting mixed with engine oil.
can i use motul inugel coolant for my duke 390? 2day i changed the valve gasket ridden 50kms coolant level not dropped and u said engine oil mixed with coolant i looked into glass engine oil was pure red no sign of mixed coolant but after start and off couple of minutes i can see small amount of bubbles on engine oil level is that normal?
Bubbles are fine... If you have changed the engine head gasket than for sure the coolant was getting mixed with engine oil... Make sure that you replace that oil for sure and if you have already did then no need to worry... Coming to the coolant part you can use any coolant that you want ... No problem but make sure that the coolant is premixed or if raw then mixed as a 1: 2 ratio ( 1 part of coolant and 2 parts of water) .... If done so then it's perfectly fine... Just keep an eye on the coolant level for few more kilometers.

Do the same kind of video for duke 250... I would most likely save a lot of money. The ktm center near me had done a very poor service to my bike. I think they just did a water wash and charged 1600 from me. I am having the same issue that i had before giving the bike to service... Next time I'm doing it.

It can be a simple valve clearance adjustment problem or can be something wrong with the engine internals as well... Can't comment without seeing the bike in person... I will suggest you to take it to a good KTM service center.
Welcome buddy.... I don't trust online sources when it comes to spares as they cost more and don't give any assurance of genuinity... My advice is get in touch with your KTM spare dealer and ask him if he can countersale the spares to you.
@@JeetBhaskar I had a question about Duke. Everytime I wash my bike even with normal hose pressure, the engine light is on while running. I guess the water is going into one of the plugs or sensors and then eventually drying off. Do you know where are the weak points on the wiring? Can you help me with this? I'll use silicone to seal that plug.
Don't use silicone.... Buy battery grease and clean and lube each and every connector that you have access to.... Corrosion is a common problem in wirings of bajaj made products... Clean them and put a little grease inside each socket so the water won't effect them.... These are sealed connectors (well sort of) but after sometime they loose there seal due to bad quality of rubber plugs.
Oh yes, grease is a better option! But it is a major job to do this and needs time. Will take at least half a day to remove tank, disconnect ECU, unplug all sockets, remove rust with wd-40, apply grease and put everything back. May have to keep a weekend free to do this. no dought it was a good video but u can explain when we can confirm that these parts were damaged and we really need to change means signs of these parts damage otherwise ultemately we need to go to service center to find out the problem then this video doesn't make sense
Benifit of changing Fuel filter? I have pulsar RS 200 they don't change Fuel filter in servicing timing. Brother what about your duke Thortle body & fi cleaning video in your channel.
With time fuel filter starts to choke and that's why you need to replace it... KTM says to do it at every service but bajaj doesn't recommend changing it at every service that's why they don't replace it everytime.

Hi nice video , I ride duke 390 and I'm not able to change spark plug cause it has jammed inside cause of which I'm not able to remove . Tried wd40 to loosen it but still it's not coming out. What would be your adive to proceed .
Try riding the bike for 15-20 kms to properly heat up the engine then quickly and carefully remove all the necessary parts... Apply some WD40 and use a stainless steel deep socket to remove the spark plug... The spark plug remover tool that comes in the tool isn't that great for stuck plugs... So use the deep socket to take out the spark plug and you can install the new one with the tool that came with the tool kit. Don't forget to apply a little bit of engine oil or anti seize on the spark plug threads to prevent this problem in future.
@@JeetBhaskar thanks for the tip , however after my attempt to remove the plug the bike has stopped cranking I'm guessing the electrode to be cracked . Any idea what's the size of the socket ?
Ohhh... That's sad... If so then try adding some drops of engine oil and petrol in that area... It should work like a penetrating fluid or get a penetrating fluid if you can. The size of socket is 14mm.

Maybe the coolant has leaked into the crank case. Normal oil color should be Red if you are using Motul 10w40.
Bro after 3to4 years my bike getting some clinkering sound will u able to tell me what the problem it was pls
