I found some accessories that I just absolutely love, the stand, mouse and the Hub. My favorite accessories. I have an M1 I-Pad Pro and would love to have these accessories, which I plan to get, maybe not all at once.
I have the Penoval AX Pencil and it’s fantastic. Great functionality, shows up in battery indicator, and magnetically charges. Can’t recommend it enough.
ESR recently refreshed their 12.9” Rebound Magnetic Keyboard/Trackpad Case for the iPad, and I picked up the white one. It is the best keyboard/Trackpad case that I have used. Flawlessly works with all iPadOS functions, including dedicated Globe/Function, Siri and Escape keys. No need to remap any keys, and the trackpad is flawless.
No disrespect, but I’m gonna wait for reviews because no external company has made an iPad trackpad work (Logitech is not external to me since they make the Smart Connector case licensed by Apple.
I really enjoy using the eip magnetix keyboard case. I especially value the spacious trackpad that simplifies navigation, along with the precision of the keyboard. The ingenious detachable design is a game-changer, enabling me to carry only the case when necessary, without the bulk of the entire keyboard. The backlight function proves to be incredibly useful when working in low-light conditions. Moreover, the case features a practical storage space for the Apple Pencil.
Still love these videos as a ipad only user. Please make a video about the thunderbolt transfer speeds with different drives and dongles. It’s something I have a hard time finding content about. Supposedly it doesn’t go to 40 gbps thunderbolt speeds.
I bought the eiP nano Paper-like. I SUCK at screen protectors. I always have bubbles underneath. I could reapply and reposition this one MULTIPLE times. Still sticks super well, AND I can put this on top of a glass protector and still have perfect response. No input delay. Love the matte look, I hate how glossy glass protectors are. Not sure how strong this material is, but this should be how every protector is. Not plastic, reapplyable material, and matte finish.
🐬Awesome video! I love that you have genuinely useful recommendations that aren't the same old things we've seen a thousand times! You're one of my favorites! Keep up the good work!
Do you edit these videos on the iPad also? I’m noticing a lot of fade-out/in of the b-roll track that ends up showing the track of you talking to camera for a split second in between b-roll clips. I haven’t used Final Cut on the iPad but I would assume you can fade-in on b-roll but then zero out the value of the fade-out on that clip. Then you can fade-out of the final clip back into you talking to camera. It’s jarring otherwise and I’ve seen it happen in a few of your other videos. Content is good, just keep noticing these editing things. 🐬
This has been an issues for months. I’ve tried bringing to their attention but never gotten a reply. It’s a huge bummer, because when Jeff posted on this channel there were NEVER edit mistakes like this. I can’t fathom how nobody at 9to5Mac is QC’ing these videos before they’re published
As a person who is trying an up and coming tech UA-camr(not this channel) I really find value in the business side. Not a lot of people talk about it in depth. The thing is like to ask is, how/when should you reach out to brands and what metrics should you show?
I wish all these accessory videos would be all the way honest. Like you talk about "cons" of these things. But not the real cons. Like the pencil is the main one, it doesn't have pressure sensitivity. That's the one thing the 3rd party products cannot do. And it should be mentioned when suggesting alternatives. Basically all the other alternatives have some glaringly missing feature which should always be mentioned with these lists. But very very rarely are.
I tried the eiP magnetix keyboard. The keyboard is pretty nice and easy to set up. There's no instructions in the box but there's a QR code where you can view the instructions in Chinese and English. The keyboard connects to the iPad via Bluetooth. Overall, I like the oversized track pad and the keyboard works well. I also like the shortcut buttons. Other than that, there is a hinge and stand that shuts and keeps shut by a magnet. This stand is very strong and will basically stay at any angle you want to keep it at for holding the iPad upright while working. This is a good design since it is so adjustable and sturdy. On the opposite side of the stand is another magnet that allows you to remove the keyboard from the rest of the cast, which is nice if you just don't want that part of it.
Good selection of accessories there, but please slow down the speed that you speak a little. Take a breath along the way :) Thanks for vids, appreciate them.
Totally not being a smart aleck, but I'm sure you know this but if not, tap the gear symbol in top rt & you can slow it down quite a bit! It may end up sounding like that “Drunk” segment on Jimmy Kimmel if you go too far, so turn the CC on as well…I do that for everything!!!
Good video got some good tips thanks. Query, you said you would link a selection of power bricks. Would be helpful. There are so many anger do 30w to 65w or more, and ugreen do foldable ones as well with usb an and c, which is better! And what wattage do we actually need! 😊😊
If watching the video in the UA-cam app on an Apple device, tap the screen & pause it. Then tap the gear in the upper right corner to open Settings. Tap Playback Speed then tap 75% to slow it down. If that's not enough repeat but, choose 50%. Hope this helps
lol.. went to setting to slow you down but then you sound like you were drugged up.😂. Good info went and got me the stylus. Ok slow speed no good either .. like every day.. slow down a bit. ❤

🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬Absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase of the Penoval AX Pro 2 and the eiP Keyboard Case! The combination is truly impressive. I came across several reviews discussing third-party stylus options with wireless charging, and many of them were reported to overcharge the pen, draining the iPad's battery. However, this one comes with overcharging protection, which is a game-changer. The addition of shortcut keys and a battery indicator enhances the overall convenience. The case boasts numerous commendable features. As stated in the product description, the screen angle support is 'infinitely' adjustable, providing the flexibility to set it at the perfect angle based on factors like height and lighting conditions. The stylus slot is incredibly handy for quick access, and the magnetic strip firmly attaches the keyboard to the case. The strength of the magnetic connection ensures stability, yet it's easy to detach if you prefer a lighter, bulk-free option. Since the keyboard connects via Bluetooth, it can still be used separately from the case, although I haven't found a specific need for that. Overall, the attention to detail in design and functionality makes this a fantastic purchase. The AX Pro 2 and eiP Keyboard Case have certainly exceeded my expectations!
Very hard to understand - your speech is like an airplane - too fast for someone who understand English but not in this speed. Are you in such a hurry?

7:50 I like how the SSD still has its plastic protector unpeeled because you don't actually use the product at all outside this video

ESR -Paper Like is awesome , Satechi Case as cheaper and high quality alternate to Pitaka case for magic keyboard.

@@nylotical Ynderstandable. The older version of this case does have reviews on UA-cam. This new version I am extremely happy with.

Your chapter times seem to be having issues from the GaN charger onwards. :)

Thanks for this video! Really helpful! I did not understand what you are going to lose in terms of feature if you go for a third party Apple Pencil

What was the app you use for the capture card? I couldn’t find it in the description.
Orion app works

You can slow down the play back speed in settings
I have an eiP Pro pencil with the silicone tips. It has all the features as the Apple Pencil 2, but doesn’t have the double tap feature

Can you connect mac mini to your iPad using the Capture Card? Thanks. Love all your videos.Makes me want to buy these things!
Does that pencil magnetic charge with the next iPad Air M2 bc the listing says it doesn’t so I’m just checking on what your experience is
As an iPad only user, do you recommend transferring data from your old iPad to your new iPad or starting fresh? Thanks!

Also the magnet stand cost like $80. I don’t no wat his definition of budget is but $80 for a stand isn’t budget to me.
Is the pencil you reviewed in the beginning part of this video compatible with the new 2024 iPad Air?
I'd like to know too
Thanks for that some great accessories you selected. Hope they are as cost effective in Australia.
Great video , very informative 🐬
Love your videos. I want all of these products. Thank you.
🐬Thanks for the tips. I work for a school district that is 1-1 iPad users and always looking for great accessories.
🐬 Very helpful. I'll be rewatching this when I get my next iPad later in 2024.
i am sitting here tappingh my fingers on my coffee table, patien....IMPATIENTLY...waiting for the new ipad hosses!!! let the big dog eat!!!
What about just using a regular $99 Magic Keyboard, especially if one doesn’t really need trackpad? It seems more portable.
How many bumps were done before this presentation?
Whenever I watch these videos my first thought is “How much is this video going to cost me?” 😂
Good thought i never had until now, thanks, i think 😜
I tried the eiP magnetix keyboard.

Please, make a video how to make that video capture
The description on amazon specifically says this pencil will not work with the 2024 ipad air m2
Great tips for Apple alternatives.
The protoarc mouse would be the perfect mouse, if it was not for hdmi 4k 60hz lacking. 4k 30hz just sucks
I got iPad 5th gen and was thinking about the Logitech keyboard case what you think about that they any good
I have that keyboard on my Ipad 5th gen. It is just perfect
Fastest talker in the West!

I upped it to 1.5 😂

First video of my life where I’ve had to slow down the playback speed
woah that ipad got flex
Great tips, just wished you talked slower so I didn’t have to continuously rewind. 😬

What a gorgeous guy!🥰💕
This dude is the actor from Mandalorian.
iPads already come with a charging brick
You have some good information but I was only able to get about 50% because you speak so fast I couldn’t catch it all. Why are you talking so fast??

I have to listen in .75 speed
Damn Dude. Slow down.
Who’s we?
I like your content, but you talk way too fast. Please work on this. 😊
🐬🐬🐬
Slow down
Can barely understand you. You talk too fast. Like Twister 😂
Very hard to understand - your speech is like an airplane - too fast for someone who understand English but not in this speed. Are you in such a hurry?
Listening to you talk was painful!
How fast do you need to say. My God! Got pissed and left the channel and unsubbed. 😢
You speak way too fast…I’m outta here’
