This is mind blowing. that is quicker and more powerful than anything I can or have ever produced from my racket in my life, regardless of how i hit it 😲
of course it's ez to do while training... but it'll be different while on the match 😌... there is positioning, timing and many other things that could make it bad smash
Of coz it is easy .. when you do it in training .. no pressure.. and u r not moving .. standing there and he knew what to do...whitout panic or pressure..
Badminton is tough compared to tennis, the basic of badminton itself hard to learn, I hope one day I will learn the basics atleast to play decent. Want ur prayers.
@@ChristianParkesArt no i wouldn't..but if this kind of wrist work is being projected as a super effective smash in the video, I'd like to see if it has the same angle and velocity from the baseline..
@@Ironboxrestingsideways It is physically impossible to get the same angle from the base line. The further away from the net you move, the flatter the angle of the shuttle. If he was to hit it with the same angle from base line, the shuttle would hit the ground on his own side of the court lol.
You can use the racket until it breaks. Professional players replace them every 6 months or 1 year, but this does not apply to amateurs. This stroke is possible with an ordinary racket. There is no need to insist on an expensive racket.
Racket head should end up on your non racket leg unless you are planning to slice the shuttle. This is really old school technique most modern players don't use this technique anymore as it's less deceptive and the power generation is much less. @@SKETRO99 I am not saying forearm swing doesn't matter, I am just saying when you are at the front you have very less time to swing like you are smashing from the base line. @@StreetfighterBrah cool but he's clearly using forearm rotation to maximize his power it's better in this position but wrist flicks are much better for net kills
How to hit with this power? Do I need to work on my forearm? Because I saw one of the local trainers here, He didn't even use his full swing but was almost this strong. Please give me advice.
That's not bending the wrist, it's relaxing the wrist after impact. The reason you don't see that is because you're an amateur. As your skills improve, you'll see how light and flexible this stroke is. good luck.

In wooden court, many times i made the shuttle to jump crazy like 5 feet height (as long as opponent supports) 😄
no u didnt
It is because the shuttle trajectory is predictable enough. And he’s very close to the net. I don’t know why ya’ll so amazed by this
The sweet spot control is crazy though
Beautiful training sir

This is a training that elite athletes often do, regardless of country. Amateurs won't know.
@KLR Production Fans yes sure
One step at a time dude. Learn to walk before you try to run.
Lol you do it perfectly in training first then implement it in real game, common sense
The training will develop muscle memory. That's the training all about. It's the same concept with shadow footwork

Hi, Im a beginner. I see coach Han bench his wrist. Is it ok or it would make me easily get injured?

After smashing the shuttlecock, the palm of the hand should be rotated outward. This way of smashing the shuttlecock will hurt the wrist.
