Wonderful as always Coach Han. This video and your other one one recently with beginners swing which needs to be added backswing rebound has helped me understand so much and trying to fix so I don’t shoulder swing any more. So surprised shuttle flies differently if you don’t back swing and hit feathers
This was really interesting, thanks. It's wild seeing how much movement there is when playing a simple shot, from the arm, to the racket head to the shuttle. lots more movement than I considered.
how to get such good sound on the racket?? is there a specific string tension i need or a type of racket i would need?. When i hit with my racket the sound is always blunt there's almost never any "ping" sound and i get no power neither any control, i am very confused.
All you have to do is hit the shuttlecock accurately. Each string has its own good sound. However, you can only hear the sound if you hit the shuttlecock accurately.
hey can you explain why it's better to not have the thumb for the back hand grip? or if you have already done. link me a video please? the slowmotion are really great.
really? ua-cam.com/users/shortsL57ruksFv_w?si=YDEpbEdxEahOdAbY In fact, elite athletes use grips that rarely change. Distinguishing between forehand and backhand grips is just a shortcut teaching method for amateurs. Amateurs only use slow strokes. However, as the opponent's skill increases, there is no time to change the grip. This is not up for debate.
The tempo is created by steps, not swings. It's a pretty difficult theory. Coincidentally, I was interested in that issue recently. I'm going to make a video.
I know this grip only for you, Coach. The flexibility when changing is great, but I need more and more training with this one because since the first time I know backhand, using thumb is the right way.
Most amateurs learn by taking shortcuts. Because they have to start playing right away. But Coach Han disagrees with that. If you learn shortcuts, it will become more difficult later. see this. ua-cam.com/video/KhvssE1DIOU/v-deo.htmlsi=ivan--aPiRmeBnp6
Tbh when he does the ‘flat on’ hit and u see the birdie floaty it’s coz the contact point is below the bird and the way he hits it causes a slice that a lot of beginners do. U can hit the birdie dead on and still make it fly fast.

Lots of thought, effort, and dedicaton go into making these videos. I learn a lot from them. Thank you Coach Han and his team!
Thank you for recognizing our efforts. We did a lot of preparation for this short shoot. It will probably get better.

This was really interesting, thanks. It's wild seeing how much movement there is when playing a simple shot, from the arm, to the racket head to the shuttle. lots more movement than I considered.
Thank you very much 😀
I always appreciate and be grateful for what I have learned from Coach Han!
thanks a lot🙂
The fact coach han can demonstrate the right and WRONG way to hit is very nice!
thanks🙂
Sometimes I wonder, what I was actually taught correctly 😅.
No wonder nobody from the UK wins anything until they train abroad. 😶
Oh god i never thought about that. Once you learn how to hit it right, it's so hard to hit it wrong even intentionally.
This is a very good video. It's very detailed and clear.
The coach Han teaches very scientifically.
thanks🙂

ok i see but why it's a better grip ?@@full-swing
it's more hard to do fake shot no ? i understand that grip for the back hand back court but not on the front court @@full-swing

can you ask couach han about tempo . i mean quick tempo and normal tempo
about overhead swing?
yes

What about shuttle consumption? We spend allready around 10K on shuttles. Adding this to our trainings and games would increase the costs tremendously
what is 10K?
€10000

yeah. really new process :-)
The stern face hahaha
