Hey Vinicio! Happy to help here. As with any soap, you just want to make sure it doesn't dry before you have a chance to rinse. If you have to wash in the sun, we recommend washing in smaller sections. If you notice areas starting to dry, mist some water onto those areas to keep the surface wet. If soap is allowed to dry on the surface, it's not going to harm anything, but you'll definitely be able to see the dried soap residue. With Touchless soaps, proper rinsing is crucial.
Great video. I want to get into fleet washing here in Laredo tx. Really want to make a living from it. Do u you really need hot water? My 9-5 doesn't cut it anymore any advice? Or pointers? Thank u.
Hey there! We actually recommend using cold water, so no worries there! Best advice would be to watch the tutorial videos, practice on your own equipment, and make sure you get your soap dilutions dialed in so they clean the way you want them to. We also offer full pressure washer setups with multi-soap injectors if you're looking for help getting setup. Checkout b2b.washproduct.com to link up with us. 👌
It's safe on silicone. However we generally try to stay away from pressure washing campers. Some of them have delicate seals and other intricate parts you want to keep high pressure away from. But if you're comfortable pressure washing your camper, have at it! The chemicals won't harm anything on the camper.
For Touchless you would apply step 1, apply step 2 right over top, allow a bit of dwell time, then complete the process by rinsing surface according to our instructions. Find the complete instructions and more information here: washproduct.com/collections/touchless-1-2-the-1-frictionless-wash-for-cars-trucks/products/touchless-1-2
You can use warm water up to 120 degrees and get great results. Anything higher than that risks breaking down the chemical make up of the chemicals reducing the cleaning power.
Awesome! Thanks for the support. You're going to want to shoot for about 75-1 when downstreaming. Hit us up if you have any other questions or issues along the way. Happy to help!
We were shipping to Canada for some time but due to the logistical challenges brought forth for a number of reasons we had to stop international shipping until further notice. Stay tuned to our socials for any changes to this policy.
Hey there! Thanks for checking us out. You can get it on our website at the link here: washproduct.com/products/touchless-1-2 Or if you prefer, you can also purchase it on Amazon.
Hey John! When dealing with normal amounts of dirt/grime, you can apply it straight on while the truck is dry. If you have really heavy chunks of buildup, you'll likely want to pre-rinse those heavy hit areas before you begin to soap it up. If it's really bad, we recommend using a pre-soak like a degreaser or bug remover to loosen large debris/bugs before beginning.
Hey there Chris! This isn't a service, we sell the actual soaps so you can do it yourself at home. If you'd like to order, check out touchless.washproduct.com
It can if your vehicle has some sort of protective coating like Wax Replacement or ceramic. Or if you use a pre-rinse like degreaser to dislodge the large chunks.
Touchless will leave your ride 90% clean, so ideally you will want to dry with a blower or use DI water to avoid water spots and rubbing the 10% dirt/grime into your paint.
They can, but we don't recommend using any chemical in direct sunlight. If you absolutely have to, make sure to wash in small sections and rinse completely before moving onto the next section.
By the time you get done foaming both steps on, you can start rinsing where you started foaming. The longer you let 1&2 sit on before rinsing, the more it will clean. I would say at least 30 seconds of having both of them on your surface.
That's correct! There's another video on our channel that shows us dumping the straight acid (Touchless 1) right onto some polished aluminum to really show how safe it is. Here's the link. ua-cam.com/video/-XIP4Z2KoL4/v-deo.html
Hey Thomas to keep our videos short and sweet we often do not show the entire detailed process we follow everyday in our polish and detail shop here in Michigan but for your peace of mind we do indeed always make sure to get the roof. 😎👍🏽
We would highly advise against using any soap in direct sunlight if at all possible. If you have no choice, then we would suggest working in small sections to avoid the soap drying on the surface.
We have another video where we do a full walk around and show every spot we missed and everything. Check our channel for the video titled "Polish Safe 2-Step Touchless Truck Wash - w/Detailed Walk Around"

Touchless 1 & 2 are for maintenance washing. If you have heavy dirt/grime that hasn't been washed off in weeks then we would recommend using our brush soap (Platinum Wash). Then to maintain the clean surface you would use T1/T2 every week or so depending on how often you drive the vehicle and of course the conditions it is being driven in. #knowledgeispower
haha yeah. Thankfully we're a polish and detail shop, so we just buff out any scratches during shoots like this. Had to prove a point that it was dirty. There's always going to be someone who wants to nit pick the little things, so we have to make it very clear it was dirty before we started. :)

It’s funny watching these videos people saying this is 2 stepping 😂 if you brought that to do fleet washing they would probably cancel the contract looking like a fool out there get proper chemicals go to Hydrochem and get their 2step gun and hoses and do it right
It's funny reading these comments from people saying that x company is better than y company when they aren't even comparing apples to apples. 😉 We have professional grade systems and more aggressive chems for fleet washers, truck washes, and serious wash bays. These soaps (Touchless 1 & 2) are the non-hazmat retail version of 2step chems that are simple enough for anyone to use. How much do you put in each foam cannon? How many ounces per?
The strongest ratio we recommend is 50/50. So our 48oz foam cannon can hold up to 24oz of concentrate.

Hey John! When dealing with normal amounts of dirt/grime, you can apply it straight on while the truck is dry. can it remove diesel residue on tanks and oil leaks residue from engine and u undercarriage or i need to use degreaser before ?
Wether you use the Degreaser or not, you may just have to soft brush these areas for best results.

Can i use this foam cannon technique on a 4gpm pressure washer?
Yes, most definitely!
Is it safe 0n commercial vans?
sure is!
