Pls how do you run that much when having ed pls i have anorexia and i try to run everyday but i get so dizzy and i have no energy how do you do it! treadmil is easier to run in but still pls
Hii the dizziness is most probably cux of hypoglycemia - low blood sugar!! I used to have that too so my advice is to eat something energy inducing before ur run - a bit of banana, energy bar ~ something like that 🌚
True, i have this very low blood pressure from genetics and i dont eat any sugar so maybe it is that i can say i will try this.. but i dont know because if i dont eat enough then my leg muscle is not growing or getting better but i hate eating so much but i will try that thanks
What routine do you follow to be able to do that move in the video?
