Hi! I just stumbled upon your channel and wanted to tell you that you're not alone, I'm in a similar place as you are, I've been struggling with an Ed for like 2 years and just recently tried to start recovery. I've been trying really hard to gain weight and heal my relationship with foo, but it's hard because I've completely messed up my hunger cues. (luckily it's getting a lot better, I've gotten some of my hunger cues back and I'm more able to eat enough fuel for my body). It makes me feel a lot less alone to see someone else in the same recovery that I'm going through, so I just wanted to wish you luck on your journey! ❤️ I know it can be really hard, but we'll both get through it, thank you for making these videos :)
