Probably the easiest way if you don't have the other dlc is broodmother on gamma difficulty (Island boss). Get a few decent megatheriums bred and leveled up with good saddles.
fight and kill any boss that gives tekgrams, if you have none you will always get the replicator engram along with whatever default engrams that particular boss gives, you have the broodmother, megapithecus, dragon, manticore, rockwell(aberration), ice titan, dessert titan, forest titan, master controller(rockwell gen1), and finally rockwell on gen2 all give tekgrams. there are tons of guides online for any of these.
Bro this thing seems straight up broken. Not trying to exagerate but 9 minutes of near infinite stamina is something not even recipes can achieve and you get it just standing in a puddle and filling your canteen.
With the normal canteen you can put it in a fridge and it will be cold for 7 minutes!

I heard that the cold buff also makes you untargetable to the astrodelphis homing attack. Maybe homing attacks in general? Anyone confirm?

Try it tho. It would make sense for him to just die anyway if he stands there. Tell him to run to the side as it’s coming and then see what happens
@@ToSP. this might not be really relevant anymore as the astrodelphis can't lock onto players. It only targets tames now after some patch notes ago
