- In this video I will show you how to craft and use possibly the most overpowered weapon ever in ARK Genesis Part 2: The Tek Phase Pistol!
The tek phase pistol does a huge amount of damage for the cost of some element as ammunition! The tek phase pistol has 3 modes of operation, Stun, Heal and Kill. The stun mode can be used to lock down creatures and players allowing you to get the advantage for a full 10 seconds! The heal mode allows you to act like Mercy from overwatch, healing your allies from the other side of a corner! Finally and most importantly is the Kill mode, this beam of doom simply melts opponents. The longer the beam is on, the harder it hits!

Woot woot! Didn't know about the stacking damage, that's amazing..
It also stacks with multiple people...so if 3 people attack the same enemy the damage ramps up 3 times faster
Heal mode is a boon for taming. Once you get it down, shoot it with the pistol on heal mode and keep its health up

The tek pistol is really good at killing summoners
Pretty sure it ignores the damage resistance of alpha boss missions on both genesis maps
can you use it in boss fights because you can not use tekgramms in bosses because i wanna take it
How did you spawn in the Broodmother ?
Well today it has officially been nerfed to hell. Patch notes say it has reduced damage to bosses but it literally can't kill a dodo. I wasted 6 element on a 25 scorpion with a 171.6 MC phase pistol, did approximately 80dmg on kill setting, not stun, stun doesn't even do anything now, it begins the torpor and stops. Then simply Tek punched it once and ended it's life.
Once I killed a pego with the stun ability
If you cryo sick a tame it heals even more allegedly

Do ascensions ie Tek Cave on the Island, kill Rockwell on Aberration, King Titan on Extinction, Corrupted Master Controller on Gen 1 and Rockwell Prime of Gen2. Doing the Tek Cave on the Island on Alpha difficulty will raise your level cap (104) by 15 levels. You could also take on the daunting task of unlocking all explorer notes to gain an addition 10 levels above the cap. All up you can get to level 170 by defeating all ascension bosses and leveling your chibi, then 180 by finding all explorer notes. (This is based on having no ini setting/mods that change level limits).
Screw the space biome hit the gem cave on genesis ocean biome you'll only need to go there once 🤣
I have a blue one with 110% damage and a mastercraft blueprint with 140 % damage for 3 builds, but i can't equip it, i asume i need to learn the tekgram first or be high enough level first, currently i am level 106.

It needs element to work on Gen 2, and a lot of it, consumes 1 element about every second you fire it. Yeah, element is quite plentiful on Gen 2, but the pistol really is highly overrated compared to the Tek bow, which outperforms it in almost every way.
Do I have to beat the genesis boss for the tek replicator?
He gives only exo mek which is like a portable tek rep

How to get the lvls for the tek pistol the maximum lvl is 105 lvls
Ascend on gamma difficulty for 5 extra levels, ascend on beta for 10 extra levels, ascend on alpha difficulty for 15 extra levels, you can ascend 4 times and get 60 extra levels from ascensions, 5 extra chibi levels, and 10 extra levels for acquiring all the explorer notes on genesis 2.

I don't think the phase pistol is as good as everyone is crying about. The stun is garbage and shocking darts work better in PvP, the heal is meh, pigs are way better. As for damage output, the tek bow destroys it for DPS.

@@ArmitageShanksMC the tek pistol can be used as a last resort if you don’t have a pig, and you can use it to tame reapers, and you can use it to stun quetzals and get them out of the sky and then net projectile them and then knock them out
