I love the update. Apps open quicker and the 3rd party Nova launcher is now just as snappy and smooth as the stock launcher. That was not the case pre update.

Is nova launcher working with swipe gestures?
@dutch_rc yes, I use swipe gestures with no problems. The only issue is because I have a case and screen is curved, I have to be sure to get my finger all the way to the edges for the swipe to register.

It's even cooler to turn the flash light by writing a V on the screen while the screen is off. This have been there from the start

I kinda wish they'd allow us to adjust the delay of the flashlight turning on with the volume down button. It feels a bit slow sometimes. But it is cool that we have it as an option at all.
I think they may have done it that way so flashlights aren't accidentally getting turned on in pockets or bags.

They missed one important feature or option with the volume control bar. That's the option to select media output devices. If one or more bluetooth speakers are connected, they should provide and option to select which speaker you want the sound coming from, between the phone speaker or the Bluetooth speaker 1 or speaker 2. That was there on my previous samsung s9 plus and was super handy and convenient. That thing is gone now. And I always have to go to pull down menu then drop the media output, then select the device. This option on volume control side bar that pops up when you click on volume buttons was way more convenient.

has the probkem with the fingerprint sensor been fixed? if you disable the fingerprint symbol the sensor stops working
Does that volume control short cut has the option to choose or select media output devices. Let's say you're connected to a Bluetooth speaker, does it have the option to select between phone speaker and the Bluetooth speaker or between other bluetooth speaker if two or more are connected via bluetooth.
That volume bar looks ugly af, the old one looked way better.

Cameras are really good but battery is 5000mAh so the OP12 is going to last somewhat longer.

This new update has ruined the fingerprint scanner. It stops working every second day and requires a reboot, I hope they fix it in an update

Received the update a few days ago. My signal now shows 5GUC. Before it said Vo LTE. I'm on T-Mobile in Texas. Don't know for sure if this is due to the update or just my wireless carrier. I have had 5G UC in my area for some time now and also had it on my previous phone, a Pixel 7pro

Holding the volume down button for the flashlight is definitely going to be handy. Perhaps, they will find a shortcut for holding the volume up button down in the future.
As soon as I finished watching this video I checked for an update. Fortunately, it was sitting there waiting for me. LOL
Yeah I'm sure they can come up with another cool feature for the volume up button. And yeah it's a bummer that sometimes we won't get notified about a software update until a few days later. But I'm glad this video helped you. Thank you
Have you tried any of the "screen off gestures" such as drawing a "V" for flashlight or a "O" for camera?
