I have the OnePlus 12. The OnePlus Watch 2 and the OnePlus buds Pro 2 as well. Great devices with a long lasting battery life. The OnePlus 12 is my first smartphone from OnePlus. I love it!. The battery life is amazing. The performance is incredible. The camera is good. Overall a great phone. That I can highly recommend.

You're behind on an update because OnePlus has changed the quick panel layout to move the brightness slider to the top along with a volume slider.
How can I get it, I have OnePlus 12 I didn't get that update plz tell me how to update it.
@@OVERKILL_THE_REX it should be coming. I have the OnePlus Open so it's possible they dropped it for the Open first. The version number is CPH2551_14.0.0.702(EX01) if that helps

Not natively, but you can use Google Gemini to be able to web summarize
@@TacoTechTalk I heared that they added 3 AI features on the Color OS (Chinese) version of the phone.... I thought they were added in a resent patch on the OxygenOs.... probably not yet then..

Does oneplus 12 or 12r have next alarm feature on lock screen like Google pixel and old Sony phones? Or did they get rid of that. My bf returned his just for that! And really liked it otherwise!
Under battery settings there is a "high performance mode" - disabled by default. Have you tried it? I wonder if it makes a difference aside of gaming
tbh i dont think it's working cuz my oppo device also have that option but when i enable the option its just underclock the cpu, idk if its just problem with my device
Pretty Similar to One UI on Samsung - nice
Nice, not bad :P Today will be receiving OnePlus 12, the 16GB/512GB Black, as an upgrade to my 10 Pro 12GB/256GB. I am getting it for around USD715, think for the price this is one of the best, if not the best, including UFS 4.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 support at last.

Excellent stuff, The phone just released but the icon apps they don't work properly with this one as yet they have a launcher update but it's only in like Indian certain other countries not in the US as yet Man I have to wait on all these stuff looking at my OnePlus 7 pro and just want to customize the icons on op 12 like that other than that the phone work flawlessly

Personally, I'm a huge fan of oxygen os. Still, I usually either uninstall or disable the oxygen widgets and apps. I find the stock Google apps offer a much smoother experience. In fact, this is one area that OnePlus needs to improve in. Outside of that, I find oxygen OS to be one of the smoothest experiences out there. In my opinion, it offers a far better layout than Samsung's one ui.

You forgot to mention that OxygenOS doesn't play nice with third party launchers.

@@egcozinon that's such a shame. Why don't these companies understand what consumers want. We don't like losing features for no reason.
You can fix it with root (not ideal but at least OnePlus lets you root)
@@AdamSmith-gs2dv yes. I've been wanting to root my OnePlus device for a while now but there's just not many good tutorials. I've found 2 good ones for old OnePlus devices but I can factory reset my phone currently.
Developers on XDA have very good written instructions but I would prefer a video. I feel like some of the instructions on that site assume you have a certain level of knowledge.
Also I think its bullshit I have to "root" my phone to be able to use it how I like. Im really hoping the EU forces Apple and Google to stop these aint consumer practices.

I also prefer One UI, on Android or maybe talking about smartphones, Samsung is way ahead...
Have you really experienced oxygen Os first hand?. Samsung is good but you see color Os forked by oppo, OnePlus and realme. That Os is crazy awesome.
Hell nah I prefer oxygen os and I'm using an s24 ultra

It's not just oxygen OS , but Android itself is pathetic in version 14.0 - the notifications, the phone app, the messages app - they are all a huge mess ! I am deeply disappointed with Android ! Android 12 was generally better.
First change the tagline... It is not oxygenOS it is the garbage called ColorOS..

@ManjuNath_00 according to ur logic, xiaomi's hyperos is now the same as iOS as they look similar, lol. Similar looking ui doesn't make two os similar.
*OxygenOS on the latest Oneplus Phones (International versions) are not ColorOS*

First read about stock Android and about earlier oxygenOS and those so called ColorOS
