Matcha and White Chocolate Brownies Recipe || William's Kitchen

➡️ Ingredients for a 20x20 cm (8x8 inch) cake pan:
140 g butter
85 g granulated sugar
85 g light brown sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 to 5 tsp matcha powder + 2 to 3 tbsp water
2 large eggs
185 g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
150 to 200 g white baking chocolate
Bake 18 to 20 minutes à 180°C (350°F) and enjoy!

Love this recipe made it a couple of times and flavor is good and the sweetness level is perfect. The only recommendation I have is to NOT overmix aka mix just until combined for fudge brownies! Otherwise you will end up with cakey brownies.
