DAZ Studio has come a long way over the last couple of years. They have put a ton of work in on the development, and it's a truly incredible piece of software. I am not being sponsored by the way. I have been working with it since it was first released many years ago, and they have continually added new features that people have requested. The Iray, Lux, 3Delight, OpenGL rendering capabilities are awesome alone! Try to do all this using a software like Maya, 3D Studio, or other "professional" software, and you can greatly multiply the learning ramp-up time for learning and getting anything that looks remotely good. I use Maya, and many other software for animation, and scene creation and so on, and I can honestly say that DAZ wins out including the fact that it's free! It's hard for them to keep up with these tutorials because the software advances/changes at such a fast pace. I recommend spending the time getting familiar with it, and you will be amazed what you can do!! It truly is like having your own film studio. I am using DAZ Studio Pro 4.12.

Just installed 4.9. Under "ALL" there are no sub categories. How do I make them appear? I don't see an option. Right now it is tedious to even find and load a base figure due to so much content installed.

when I first downloaded DAZ 4.9 64-bit I had to isn't all all the packages and I thought they worked without internet because I have to download them onto my computer.... but I don't have anything...I don't have storage on my laptop because of this....when I go to look for genisi 3 it says where are my files... and I clicked what do I do..and it to me to a web page...but I'm working off line.....I don't have WiFi on my laptop and I downloaded this because if works offline....I don't have anyway of figuring this out.......why did I download all of those packages

I came to see how to use the .sep & .sea files to install as the product did not automatically appear and this video is no help for Daz 4.12, you need to update it!

If you have more than one account, I dont see how its useless. Each machine with DAZ still works so Im guessing you just sign in on whatever account for whichever computer goes with that account that DAZ is instaled on. I promise I'm not being a troll - honest. Im just confused as to how there would be a conflict.

YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, you didn't show how to install it from the very beginning. Idc what product you have installed, I wanna know how to use the damn downloader that doesn't work on the website. "install manager ready" doesn't work. Went to see how to install my free product and sent me here and nothing explains it in video either. You're just showing how to install stuff you already got
