🔺Usual recommendations:
▪ The 5.1 surround sound can be used on UA-cam on all televisions of 2021 onwards,
as well as in Chromecast, Apple TV, Roku and most Fire TV devices. In addition,
the 5.1 envelope sound is compatible with Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, Xbox One X,

▪ I strongly encourage you to play my tracks using SPEAKERS. The reason is that I work
each remaster based on an "air monitoring"; I mean, using the sound through air just like
live sound normally unfolds, and even though headphones will work, the experience will
always be better over a speaker based system. The better the speaker system the better
the experience; forget about smartvs and cellphone speakers, since all of them are deeply
limited in dynamics and hardly can handle mid-ranges.
Small detail but love Jon Carin’s BV on the 1987 versions of One Slip, in general I think his vocal contributions throughout his time with the Floyd and DG are really under appreciated.

Nice work! As a child I started to like Pink Floyd more on this tour. These 1987 shows were really cool, with just Taylor and Fury on backing vocals. Carin and Pratt very young.

Yeah, I remember you lol! Well, the reason why "the official Atlanta show" never stood on UA-cam or any other place is that this video actually "doesn't exists", I mean, it has a surreal story behind it: the original tapes with this performance were found by a fan that one day just decided to go to David Gilmour's house and simply dig in into his trash, finding in between the obvious things two VHS tapes, there is where these footage came from; so we could say with a high grade of certainly that this was the first approach they were doing to finally shape Delicate Sound Of Thunder the following year. Thank you once again for the usual kind words!

Es por medio del dispositivo Chromecast TV. Ahí en el dispositivo viene configuración de sonido, (Dolby sorround, Dolby Atmos DTS X etc ) que son los modos envolventes, y claro, PCM clásico.
Este dispositivo está conectado a una estrada HDMI del AVR Onkyo, del Onkyo sale el sonido y uno elige el modo sorround de escucha.
Por ejemplo, en modo Dolby THX musica,( que también se escucha muy bien)sale a 7 canales, en otro modos por ejemplo el DTS Neural X y Dolby Digital sorround, Dolby studio mix , te decodifica a los 9 canales, y si la grabación de música está en Dolby true HD, entonces la decodifica a Dolby Atmos.
Tengo la configuración en 7 canales y 2 canales de altura para Atmos y 2 Subwoofers.
La TV no tomo el sonido de ahí, no es smartv.
Lo que la hace smartv rs el dispositivo Chromecast TV pero lo tengo al Onkyo,y el Onkyo también procesa la imagen a la TV...es como si el Onkyo fuera prácticamente el cerebro de mi sistema audio y video.

No es smartv mi pantalla, es una Samsung 3D del año 2012.
Tengo el dispositivo Chromecast Google TV que eso, hace smartv a la pantalla..El dispositivo está conectado al onkyo en el HDMI strmbox. Ahí en ese dispositivo abro UA-cam que ya está precargado, al igual que Netflix, puedes descargar también otras apps pre cargadas como Spotify, amazon music etc.
Este dispositivo por ejemplo escucho tu video, pero el Onkyo es el que se encarga de decodificar de 2 canales hasta 9 que es lo que tiene de capacidad el mío. Puedes extenderlo hasta 11, depende tu AVR que tengas.
Del mismo Onkyo, como está el dispositivo conectado ahí, lo manda via HDMI a la pantalla. Pero el sonido me la da el AVR, y puedo elegir entre Dolby THX, que se escucha muy bien, solo que este modo, me limita a 7.1 canales.
Los otros modos, Dolby digital plus, Dolby digital sorround, dts neural X, Dolby studio mix, me da a los 9 Canales y claro a mis 2 Subwoofers.
Si uno prefiere sonido stereo, claro que también lo puede uno escuchar en stereo, tiene un modo llamado pure audio que es netamente stereo análogo
Si el sonido de origen, es Dolby true HD, entonces puede decodificar a Dolby atmos, si es dts HD máster audio, me decodifica el sonido DTSX.
Ambos son sonidos con características de altura.
Así tengo mi sistema de audio en 7 canales y 2 de altura para efectos atmos o DTSX.
Pero el sonido no lo tomo de la TV si no del dispositivo Google tv Chromecast.
Es como el blue Ray o un reproductor CD. Lo tengo también al HDMI correspondiente en blue ray y también el audio lo escucho y elijo el modo de escucha (stereo, sorround, Dolby o dts) en el receiver
Tremendo equipazo tenés Mick! Pero te preguntaba puntualmente porque me temo que si no podés sacar el sonido desde la app de un smartv o desde donde puedas activar la opción "5.1 Surround" EN UA-cam, el sonido que estás obteniendo no es la matriz de 5 canales real que yo creé, sino que es un downmix a pseudo-stereo que automáticamente entrega YT como base. Te digo esto porque cuando habilitás esta opción "5.1 Surround" es cuando se reproducen todos los canales por separado, tal como yo subo el archivo, de hecho al activar esta característica el sonido de la app sale con muy bajo volúmen, preparado para meterlo directo en un preamp. Es todo un tema, en su momento hablé personalmente con YT requiriéndoles información al repecto y en cinco ocasiones ningún empleado de UA-cam/Google tenía la más p... idea de como funcionaba el sonido surround en la plataforma, fue como preguntarles por la teoría de la relatividad... En fin, un día de estos te paso alguno de los tracks mios por fuera de YT así lo chequeás y comparás con la versión que estás obteniendo ahora. Buen Domingo amigo!
@@TheForce_Productions Gracias Obi, si, el sonido origen me indica que es 2 canales, es el Onkyo el que lo codifica por medio de su DAC a 7.1.2 que significa que lo reproduce en modo sorround a los 7 canales más los 2 que son bocinas atmos de altura, aunque aquí, al no poder procesar atmos, toma esos 2 para sorround también. El .1 viene siendo el subwoofer, que aunque tiene 2 salidas para subwoofers y tengo los 2, indica .1 porque es salida mono en los Subwoofers. Es decir, hay equipos como el Onkyo tx rz70 que sí viene con las dos salidas independiente de Subwoofers o sea, stereo. El mío , el Onkyo tx rz50, son 2 Subwoofers pero en salida mono.

Hola! En el canal esta completo Pulse (version oficial). Para encontrarlo, fijate en mis listas de reproducción públicas hasta encontrar la de ese (u otro shows). Si estás buscando específicamente la versión emitida en TV también la tango pero no está completamente publlicada, solo High Hopes y Comfortably Numb (después de futuras remasterizaciones vendrán más), aunque las diferencias en las tomas son pocas, y calculo que para sacar tablaturas debería serte útil por igual, cualquier cosa avisame, saludos!
@@TheForce_Productions ahora encontre un par de videos del PPV y si me servian bastante, el PPV tiene otras tomas de las manos de Gilmour, y me complementa bastante con el video del DVD (2006) y Blu Ray (2019), aparte no se porque prefiero el audio del PPV a los remasters del 2006 y 2019, en mi opinion la guitarra se escucha mejor

A diferencia otras versiones, acá no se logra apreciar tanto el teclado de Richard Wright.
Depende mucho de la canción, del show y también de la fuente de grabación. Esta particulamente (tanto audio como video) salieron literalmente de la basura de la casa de David Gilmour, que afortunadamente "Arnold Layne" se tomó el trabajo de revisar. Saludos y gracias por comentar.
