I found that a double stamp of the white covers well
I'll try that next time. Thanks for the tip.
You have to hold the scraper at a 45* angle and soft pressure for the gradient
Thank you for the video and I love the background music .
Hi! I just wanted to say you can actually get a seamless blend like with a sponge. You just have to keep scraping it multiple times. You want to go really light though and for me it worked to have the mentality “I’m not trying to scrape the polish off”
Here is the video ua-cam.com/video/j87dE2vGkqI/v-deo.html
Great tip! I will try that! Thanks!
I couldn't really see the placement at all because your camera wasn't set where we could see what's happening. You are out of the frame for me most of the time. I could see the plate laying on the table but once you raised your hand it was out of camera.
I apologize, this was one of my earlier videos before I had an overhead camera holder. I will work on a new one where you can see the placement using the overhead so I'm not out of frame.
@@sharoncrown9545 No problem.
I had no clue it had a gradient stamper until you said it did. I think if you were to scrape the the other diction the colors would have blended together. Like to scape in a direction that you would blend your colors together. I'm just guessing because I've never used it.
I'm going to try it again ans do an updated video on it. Good idea!
@@sharoncrown9545 can't wait to see. I wanted to scrape it the other direction so badly haha. I'm thinking about getting this plate and had no clue what the gradient square was until you mentioned it. It might make a good first plate.. That is if I ever decide haha I'll look out for your new gradient video :)
This is helpful thanks
I'm glad you found it helpful!
Can you use the plate with gel polish? Or do you have to use a stamping polish? I’m new to doing my own gel polish, and when I try to free hand French tips, it looks like a kindergartner did it. Thanks!
That's a great question. The short answer is yes you can stamp with gel polish but it can be a little finicky. I'm allergic to gel so I don't have any useful tips since I can't use gel but Jillies Nails channel here on YT has a couple of great tutorials on it.
It really isn’t helpful if you don’t face into the camera, sorry ❤️🇦🇺
Apologies, this video is 4 years old. I did this way before I had an over the view tripod.
