    💡Just a note - nail polish remover is used on the plate and then the stamper is used after applying more nail polish. I believe there is a residue of nail polish remover on the plate that is eventually getting on the stamper and damaging it over time because you’re not supposed to use nail polish remover on the stamper. I have a small spray bottle with plain water that I use to wipe off the plate after I clean it with the nail polish remover. I know it’s an extra step but I think it’s beneficial. 🤷🏻‍♀️

      We actually just did a Facebook Live this week Tuesday that showed how we did a fun take on a french manicure for 4th of July using this same plate. Eventually, the video will make it's way to UA-cam.

    That's a cool plate and technique. It looks much easier than the sponge method and it's more economical too! Love those colorful gradients! TFS!❤️

    ❤ The brights are saying pool part plates from June 2022, the pastels are screaming spring or easter. 😊

    this is my absolute fave plate, I use it very often(I'm a sucker for gradients!!). I was actually gonna play with it today, and I even found a perfect combination for coffee or latte using 2 polishes from Depend (exept I don't drink coffee *lol* )..but then I got sucked into watching youtube and now it's after midnight
    if I had to pick? I would do one hand pastel version and one hand neon!

      Use a wooden clothespin instead, it wont scratch your plates either. :)

    I would love to see how a smudgicure is done using this plate. Is it in that video, or was it just done with a sponge in the smudgicure video?
    Also, aside from the fact that it looks like a few of them were early releases for the mxm boxes, why ate the pastels not available as a pastel collection?

    Why do natural nails need a base coat first but not the fake nail you're working on? (sorry I'm super brand new to all of this 😭)

      Some polishes can stain your natural nails

    • @Maniology
      @Maniology  3 роки тому +1

      Base coats are just a good way to protect your natural nail, especially depending on it's condition, it can also help with staining and in some cases depending on the base, it can help with longevity with the polish sticking to the nail.
