Lol they took their logo straight from The Legend of Zelda, that's the Hylian Crest... Wait until Nintendo sends their ninjas!
Not quite, the hylian crest specifically has the triforce. That's the distinctive part of it. An eagle/wing motif is not owned by nintendo lol. The versions without the triforce like the goddess crest etc are pretty generic and nintendo definitely wouldn't have any grounds to sue.

?? Sounds like a weird thing to say. The implication is that if she _was_ in on it, she _wouldn't_ be honest.
I think it’s more that if she was in on the deal she’d be playing hardball. They all do when it’s something they’re interested in. But when you’re out and you actually respect the entrepreneurs you can just be straight up. Not much to read into in my opinion.
Of course she wouldn't be honest. She would be talking for her benefits. This is Shark Tank, not Charity Tank.
