I used to think it was annoying but then I realized it’s probably a high intensity moment for them, I mean we see 10 minutes of it but some this is years of effort building up. They really do only get one pitch and when they’re investing some big bucks I understand why the sharks would wanna know what may drive them behind the business. I’m not even an emotional person but even I’ve been taken by surprise by my reaction in some high emotion situations
Honestly crying doesn’t help their chances of getting a deal. Crying might even hurt their chances if the sharks see you as too unprofessional/emotional . There is no incentive to cry.
The reason they cry is because it’s a normal human reaction in an emotional and VERY high stress situation. People that complain about passionate women crying are sociopaths. We are humans not robots. Stop being mean and learn some empathy.
I think I would cry, too. I cry easily and it"s not sth I do on purpose. When so much pressure comes off, and an emotional question gets asked. Well, I"m not in the position to judge because, it could very well happen to me too and would have nothing to do with wanting the deal.

I first read the comments and then thought I'm in for a dramatic episode but didnt find it dramatic at all, the product looks much better and useful than hundreds of other products showcased on the show and the deal in the end was sweet as well.
