He is a Living Angel 😇
Hey all! This is Tom (from the video) himself. Please feel free to send me a reply here or shoot me an email (listed in the description) for any followup questions! I'd be happy to chat to anyone about the process of being a living donor, or even just about organ donation on a more general basis.
And of course, thanks for having me Briana!
Thank you, Tom and Briana, for this very informative video. It really helps me understand a lot about the process. Might follow up with an email! Thank you guys again for making our world a better place!:)
Now that it’s been a few more years would you add any info or updates on changes that have occurred in your bodies if any?
@@carissaboucher6293 Hey Carissa! No changes on my end. I feel exactly the same as I did, which is to say... the same as I did before the surgery!
I wish I could say more, but there's not much to say. That being said, feel free to reach out with any questions!
No that’s great I was just curious because I watched your video right before my own donation surgery and I was curious how the long term results would go. I’m only 7months out myself and overall doing well.
What kind of donor are you Brianna ? Altruistic , whatever ?
You are so charming in your way that you give me strength to go through with my donation !
Yes an altruistic donor! Non-directed is the more modern term, as all donations are altruistic :)
I'm 65 but supposedly in " good " shape go through with it
Of course, not without some level of trepidation.
