Omg delish love love your videos. Thank you
You are welcome 🤗 Thank you for watching 🙏
The tastiest part of meats are those close to the bones . That's why ribs whether pork or beef are very popular choice especially the guys manning the grill.
In the Philippines , the national dish is pork adobo. The seasoning are vinegar , soy sauce, brown sugar , pepper, bay leaf , ketchup , cooked exactly the same in this channel. My grief is members of my family, brothers and their no clue in the kitchen wives have no common sense and smarts , use instead very lean meat or very fatty pork( with thick fat ) belly for adobo, resulting in greasy or dry dish.
I appreciate your tutorial. I just came home from Costco. Was torn between the pork ribs and sliced pork belly . I chose the latter. I had many plans for it. After watching your channel , I'll go back to Costco and buy those pork ribs. The thing is I'm the only one in my household being an empty nester. There's the freezer anyway.
Thank you so much for watching and for the great comment 🤗 I will have try the pork adobo as I really like the ingredients. Thanks again and have a wonderful weekend!!

Everything looked delicious! I'd love to try the slaw. Cabbage is one of my favorite things to eat. Would love if you'd have your recipes included in the description so we as viewers could write them down and try for ourselves.

Oh yeah i saw those ribs at Costco and got two packs. I marinate it Korean style and cooked it in the air fryer.
Thanks for the comment 🤗 your idea sounds really good will have to give a try. Thanks !!
Amazing job 😋👏🦋🙏
Thank you 🤗
You made these rib look so delicious ❤❤❤
These side riblets are what AppleBees used for theri AYCE rib(let)s almost 20+ years ago. They were cheap and easy to cook.
Finally you used spoon and fork to mix your coleslaw
Thank you!
You're welcome!
🤣🤣🤣🤣. Seriously, when I first saw the promo picture, I thought it was a snake covered in plastic
MashAllah yummy yummy and delicious ❤️❤️😋😋😋👍👍👍
Very nice dear

Do you deliver. Looks very good.

A great recipe did you use all the ribs from the pack,.there was no weight mentioned tks
Yes, I did use all the ribs from the package 5 lbs.
You know you could sear the pisces in an air fryer and get better results in less time and then complete the dish as designed on the stovetop. 😁
Vietnamese use this cut to make our stock. 👍👨🍳🍜
Sounds great!
lol...Rib tips!
Exactly. Chicago barbecue always includes rib tips.
Looks great! Have you tried adding ginger while simmering?
Great idea👍 I will add next time. There is some ginger powder in Chinese 5 spice🤗
was going to say the same thing! otherwise, looks awesome and very close to how I cook pork ribs. i usually use tomato paste cooked off a bit instead of ketchup but each to their own. ribs are always a treat.
Could have cooked them in the sauce in a cooking bag in the Crock-Pot much easier
Great idea!
Are the ribs you used cut in half horizontally and if so is it something you’re able to do yourself ? Or do they come that way?
These are spare ribs and they come cut that way from the meat processing plant.
These side ribs you cooked were beautiful, we got Costco here in UK but we don’t have these or topside ribs as good and meaty as you people show us. So how we can get the sort of meats in UK as you have
Try to find these ribs in a larger Chinese market.
@@helenmak5663 Go to a market and buy the full flap ribs and ask the butcher to cut it chinese style. That means cutting it lengthwise into thirds then going home and cutting it between the ribs.
The ribs from Chinese market has smaller bone and more tender meat.
Can you post the recipe?
Bravo. Where do you purchase 5 spice from? Costco?
Thank you, I used Cape Herb & Spice Exotic Spices Chinese 5 spice, it’s available online 🤗
How long in the oven and what temp?
Cook in preheated 325F oven until the meat is fall apart tender, about 1-1/2 hours.
Why did you take out the scallions and leave the garlic?
It’s a personal preference. I don’t like the texture of cooked scallions.
Which Costco did you buy the rib? It is good to cut small cue for cooking.
Red Deer, Alberta
I've seen them at the San Bruno, CA Costco just south of San Francisco.
Is this Costco Canada or Costco us?
Costco Canada 🇨🇦
Why don't you remove the silver skin first?
Usually I do but for this recipe I decided not to so the meat would stay on bone better.
@@RealCookingInMyKitchen I see, thanks!!
so does that say $27.77 as the total price for 5lbs of side ribs???
17.17$ 🇨🇦 for 5 lbs.
@@RealCookingInMyKitchen Can I please ask which costco are you shopping at. Im in the gta and I don't beleive i've seen these ribs in my costco
@@sunnybono7578 Alberta, Red Deer, also I’ve seen these in Calgary and Edmonton Costco🤗
@@RealCookingInMyKitchen That explains why your costco seems to be a lot cheaper than ours in Ontario...
Still need to get the thin film membrane off
Not necessarily, this is in the style of Chinese cooking.
No thanks to that sugary meat but I'd take some of the vegetables
Will keep checking to see if your videos include the recipe. Not worth watching unless you do 😊
Fair enough! I will be starting to add ingredients in the description area going forward
I’m not sure why every time someone post cooking any meat you never rinse or wash it off first it’s right out the package and right into the pan very unclean and un safe
No it’s not. Any bacteria will be killed when cooked. Some proteins are not meant to be washed off. Meat isn’t the same as laundry.
I always wash my meats 😊
I second that emotion
What about washing your meat first?😢
You should not put your seared pork back into the pan with raw meat That is cross contamination Please practice food hygiene
Have cooked this way for my 50 years no one has ever gotten sick my mother also cooked this way.
