    great video. How would I fit this in season? To a full time training and game schedule

      Thanks Gbohunmi. Good question, depends on how many days you're currently training? I imagine you're already doing some sort of gym programme as you're playing football? If so I recommend doing this workout on days you're not playing football as part of your main gym session. You won't need too many exercises more than what was explained in the video, mainly a few upper body exercises. 2-3 workouts a week should be plenty during your season and make sure you're not doing too many sets (2-3 per exercise) of each exercise and your main focus at the moment should be playing football. The focus for our clients when they're in season is staying fit for their sport, not feeling too tired after each gym session but doing enough to stay at their peak for longer. Hope this helps?     Great video thank you. I am tall and my legs are strong but I just don’t get them big like Ronaldo. It’s so annoying

    Whats ideal for heavy weight or light weight?

      The weight you use is completely individual to you. If you're training for strength 85-95% of your 1 rep max for most exercises 2-6 reps. If you're training to build muscle it's less about how heavy you lift and more about volume and the time you spend doing the exercise. General rule of thumb when it comes to building muscle 65-75% of your 1 rep max for most exercises, 6-20 reps. Hope that helps?

      This is clickbait using cr7, he dont use weights if you do you get slow and stiff. Maybe he do with some weights in preseason
