I just started by passing about 2 meters two touch, then got good at 1 touch, the. Slowly got better at longer distance, I'm currently hitting 9/10 from 10 meters to the correct foot, it's taken me 4 months to get to this point so it's a slower process unfortunately

@@christianbulow6161 do dynamic stretches, no static stretches. You don't wanna play a high intensity match without stretching to prevent injuries but you also don't want to loosen your muscles too much (which happens with static stretches)
