- The plaintiff used to date the defendant. The plaintiff claims the defendant stole cash from her but hasn’t paid her back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues he didn’t steal the cash, and he owes her nothing.

I couldn't imagine being a man who has to have two chicks bc Mama can't stay out of an adult relationship. She called her mom during the argument. Mama obviously raised a fool. She wasn't calling him a fraud and deadbeat when she laid up with him. My answer to the question outside: No matter what the arrangement is, the couple needs to talk it over before helping yourself to any extra money, or anything else. Keeping conversation lines open is essential!

When you watch this cases closely, I actually believe the defendant (he's still a piece of work). I think she took the money out so he could "flip" it. As the defendant refused to say what it was for. When the judge asked the plaintiff again, what was it for she gets tongue tied. She mad that she didn't her cut back. The plaintiff showed her true colors as well.

I had to look up "how to flip money legitimately". Domain flip, Website flip, Stockmarket flip, Crypto flip was a surprising top four. You're right about the plaintiff not fessing up to what he really did with the dough. Maybe she knows he went to the casino which is legit but too risky especially the slots. The judge knew she had a tape, because of legal reasons she didn’t want to hear it. In the state that she’s from it’s illegal to record him without his consent so if the judge heard the tape, it would’ve ruined her case. She got lucky that he confessed at the end.

The reason the defendant didn't want to tell the judge what he spent the money on is because he used it to purchase drugs. His entire demeanor before and after he start talking was that of a drug addict. He really needs help.

Not really… she said they have a 10-month old together. Pregnancy is 10 months long. They dated for 2-2.5 years. Majority of that time, she was already pregnant. Granted, she should’ve waited longer before getting pregnant but she may not have known what he was like until she was already pregnant/ had the baby.

That's because the lady (plaintiff) enabled him to be lackluster when it came to contributing to the household. He should've voluntarily done the responsible thing by contributing at least half for everything, but you could tell she enabled him by her explanation on why she pays the full rent. They both could've done better.
