"My son paid, my house burned down, I can't get the receipt, my arm broke, my bank is one of those banks that won't give you ANY past records." Also, if the Plaintiff is so "vindictive", why did she sell a car below value, finance it, and also loan the Defendant a separate 3k dollars with no interest? Shameful.

Her house burned down with all her receipts in it, AND her arm broke the day before? How could the judge be SO CRUEL as to not find in her favor. Seriously, good grief with this woman.

I did this- friend has ghosted me and still owes me 3200. Do I walk away or sue…have contract but signed over title. Stupid. I trusted her..😢

If the friend has already ghosted you, then you really can't lose anything by suing. Check online to see if it is still within the statute of limitations for your state. If it is, and you have the evidence, then you have every right to sue them. Good luck!

Smh. The D slandered the Plaintiff during her testimony, calling her, “vindictive”. Also, when she (D) stated her house “burned”, the wording was immediately suspicious. Lastly, her so-called proof seems to have been the car title, but that immediately didn’t work. 😂

Judge: "Show me proof you paid!"
Defendent: "I can't because I'm so full of crap that I farted and burned down half of my house, plus all of the receipts!"
Judge: "Did your fart burn down the bank also?"
    Defendent: "OINK!"

With friends like that who needs enemies!? The plaintiff must feel an array of emotions dumb, for being fooled for so long. She clearly was never a friend. And never respected her in the first place. She also must feel used, sad, and extremely gullible...
