So nice for you to share this with your Mom🌟💚 My Mom was always the more skeptical of vegan regimens,too. My Dad on the other hand always loved everything and excited to try them. My Mom isn't vegan, but she has cut out regular milk and swapped it for vegan milks for the last few years. It's good progress and she now likes all the vegan dishes I make. Sometimes when I walk away from my plate it's sometimes empty by the time I get back😄🥰🌟💚

I always say that "one meal makes a difference". Keep cheering them on and taking them to eat epic vegan food. My mom is still my #1 vegan hater but loves the food I take her to eat and is teaching me how to veganize a lot of our traditional Ecuadorian dishes. Thanks for watching!
