I've been vegan for almost 5 years and it's the best decision I've ever made! No more constipation, fatty liver, insomnia and high cholesterol. Chef Babette looks AMAZING and so does her food!

People become vegan for many different reasons as being ones vegetarian I now eat meat I don't fry and make sure it's the healthiest it can be without hormones and so on and I'm totally fine no fat no cholesterol no high blood pressure and so on it's all about balance you get your greens some meat is good fish chicken and even steak everybody goes about their health in different ways it's basically processed food is all bad for you there's even horrible vegan processed food like Beyond Burger and so on but anyways one could still be very healthy and have meat but you have to have balance like everything

@@justmejm I agree that a lot of the vegan burgers are very unhealthy. I have some but I'm going to throw away because one patty is over 900 mg of sodium.
@@p.s.1642 its possibly to eat healthy on many diets. veganism is a lifestyle and not 1 diet. veganism is unnatural, we do it for the animals. if there are ny defecits present they are easily supplied through supplements. vegans can miss nutrients and we can get them thru supplements

Absolutely. But does not look 40. Her face looks her age.
I think her face looks really good for 70s. I would say late 50s. Wrinkles are really minimal for 70s. If she got a little nip tuck to tighten sagging, she would look closer to 40s.

@@alexarihani2902 ... I agree. And, nowadays, 60's, 70+... is not really old... depends on the person. My takeaway is that she is healthy, and that means way more than how she looks.
Her story is my story. I was vegetarian for 15 years before going vegan, and it made a world of difference. The other day someone asked if I was 24. I'm 42 and people can't believe it. I've been eating this way for 12 years and I only wish I'd known better and made the decision sooner.
42 is still young. Not sure why people are so shocked. In fact someone thinking a 72 year old looks 40 is an insult to 40 year olds. She definitely does not pass for 40 especially with that neck.

My recommendation for anyone is to know what's in your food. There are pesticides on plants and hormones in meat. A vetted vegan will tell you that its important to know where your food comes from. Some people do well on a vegan diet and some people dont. The less chemicals and more nutrients the better everyone's health will be. Our soil is very depleted so its important to get the plants grown properly. Best to you.

She looks amazing. I'm great at guessing someone's age and I would have guessed she was in her late 40s to early 50s. I would have NEVER guessed 72. I would love a cookbook written by her and I'll definitely stop by there if I'm ever in the area.

Chef Babette Davis is right! you have to get educated on eating a plant-based diet to feed your body and to nourish your soul. I'm starting to eat more plant-base food like raw pumpkins seed, raw peanuts, salads, fruits and vegetables, and smoothies and juices. The more you understand nutrition and plant-based foods and lifestyle the healthier you will become physically.
I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the decor…I would love to visit and dine there…

Delicious and nutritious food from Babette and her team! The whole paradigm of aging is changing to people who take super care of themselves inc. plant based with lots of fruits and vegs, cultivate inner happiness, reg. exercise a person likes from cycling/walking/team sports/yoga/swimming so many fun ones, meditation, mindfulness, gratitude practice, work a person enjoys ect... are not classically aging but remaining in excellent health and living over 100 as 10,000's of people in Japan are now doing, 150 is coming up fast.
