  • After putting 500km in this 60V beast of a scooter, I feel like I know a thing or two about the Nami Klima MAx to make an update review, which in my opinion is more of a trustworthy review than the out-of-the-box one. Enjoy. 11 Things I don't Like About The Nami Klima Max 500km Review UPDATE!

    the creaking is from the rubber handle bar grips. tighten both ends on each side and it will be gone! 😊

      Not able to hook the scooter and able to lift it also a minor downside I'd say. That aside super sweet ride.

    The only scooters I will ever ride will be true dual fork stems. Currently the only offerings are the Kaabo Wolf series and the Teewing Mars series. The InMotion RS looks like it is but is only half dual fork.
    All single stems basically NEED a steering dampener at high speeds which means slow speed steering becomes crap.
    My Teewing Mars XT feels rock solid all the way up to 60mph straight out of the box. It is SCARY how smooth this thing is.

    I never realized how bolted together looking the Kilma is ( Fenders, Wiring, ect ) Split rims for tubules tires might be nice but the required O ring is another point of failure. Solution...get new gel tires that never go flat.

    #12 the battery is $1,800 to replace mine is 3 months old, I'm selling it to buy a Inmotion RS.

      But, why would you agree for that kind of deal when new ones cost just a few hundreds more?

    • @theebikeguy3852
      @theebikeguy3852 День тому

      @Sir-Kay It makes no sense to pay.
      $1800 when the scooter costs 2300, to replace the controllers is $500.00 They're just overpriced. I should have looked in that further myself. Especially With me being a EV technician at 72 V. The others are cheaper on there parts Then the 60v Nami is.

    Almost 1,000miles on my updated Nami Burn E 2 Max with PMTs. I didn't like the throttle so i updated it to the polish finger throttle. Outside of that it's lovely

    For such an expensive scooter the stem creak is ridiculous. I've done 100km on my klima max and I'm so sick of the creaking. Also the sensitivity of the brakes is frustrating, even with the ebrake set to 1 you get jerked forward with too much aggression.

    Are there other annoying things I missed? share with us what you'll like to see improved in Nami's next instalment.

      I have the Nami Blast Max and been dealing with the noisy creaking since it was new but I've recently discovered it was the locking mechanism on the stem. I put some marine grease around the stem where it makes contact and then I tightened up the adjustment screw a little extra with some pliers and used a rubber mallet to close the clamp and no more noise. I hope this helps resolve your issue. Love your videos btw.

    klima max is a lot of fun i like it but i'm so over adjusting the brake calipers and rotors bending etc, it's like everyday almost it takes the fun out of riding it

    Ok which do you like better: the Nami or the TEVERUN?

      Both suck. But what are you asking in terms of?

    • @Sir-Kay
      @Sir-Kay  6 днів тому

      I like both, it depends on where I want to go. The Teverun has a new upgrade now - a wider handlebar - night & day difference. Nami ride feel is untouched, it has more than enough deck clearance so, it combines both urban & offroad rides while the Mini is strictly for urban rides but, if you're brave enough, you can take it offroad.

      @noobz5056 5 днів тому

      @@Drothen- Both Nami and Teverun suck because they too have controller problems causing the motors to die prematurely. Controllers and battery problems is what the reviewers should focus on not the little things like folding mechanism, brakes, shocks, etc. Poor shocks will get the scooters moving, to get you from place A to B. Bad motors and batteries cannot. You will be pushing the scooter home, boy. God told me you are originally from Chile. You little no class.

    I’ve been going back and fourth with the klima vs the roadrunner rs5. Black Fri deals might be the ticket

      I feel like I would like the features more of the rs5. Removable battery is huge. Also being able to put 11” pmt’s is also huge. Tight cable management. Rs5 has stem latch too. Comes with exterior side lighting. I’m not a fan of NFC either.
