Marina, I currently live in the same SF building that you lived previously, and have to pay for trash, sewage, water, gas and electricity. So the part you said about not having to pay for those when living in an apartment is partially incorrect, because that depends on the city you live in. When I lived in my old condo in San Jose, those were covered like you mentioned, but now that I moved to SF, I get charged for all utilities, despite living in a modern building.

In reality, the costs are waaay more than shown here.

We have fast glovo (like uber) deliveries smalec shops, and bigger deliveries like auchen carrefour. Its amazing not having to carry your shoppings and wasting time in grocery
