- In this video, Michael from Conquest Overland and I spend three days exploring the area around the pacific coast. We met late on a Friday night, and woke up to surprising views after just grabbing a random rode side spot to get some rest. Then we spent the next few days exploring along with my dog Charlie! We found some incredible river side spots along the way.

Loving these Tacoma videos not gunna lie 😎
Awesome to see the both of you get out and unwind. Whether as a team or solo . Always looking forward to your adventures.
Calm , relaxing to watch , and exciting to see the scenery.
Thank you both for what you do . Keep it up
Thank you! We certainly have fun together haha!
Great video. Thanks for taking us along
Great content man! You guys are awesome! I love watching your guys channels it’s awesome you guys hang and explore together
Thanks man! Yeah, we have fun that's for sure haha. Glad we can share it with you all.
Awesome bro. Great video. Always enjoy watching. Take care 🤙🏻🤘🏻
Thanks man!
Love the vlog guys. Seriously, nothing is better than a friend and a dog or 2 for a proper overland camping adventure..
I 100% agree! Hoping for more this spring/summer/fall
Thanks for the vid now im a fan! Love the narration in vids aswell
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it!
Gotta share places now, so many new people bought a rooftop tent and some maxtrax and made camping they're new hobby
Exactly why I DONT want to share locations
@@OFFTHEGRIND Thanks for keeping these PMW spots quiet. Discovering them is where the fun is at.
Ahhhh, I love PNW. Great footage. It makes me miss it. I live in Utah in the city and it's hard to find somewhere to dissappear into the wilderness.
Hard to beat the PNW! I know Utah has some amazing spots though! Definitely different, but amazing all the same
Good trip man. I love the Washington coast
Another epic video
Thanks Collin!
We camped at the last spot several weeks ago. Perfect for the kids as the water is low.
Keep the content coming. Great work.
That's awesome! It's a super great spot! The mosquitos were insane though
@@OFFTHEGRIND they can be relentless. Long sleeves and long pants will usually do the trick if there’s a fire ban.
Nice!!!
Awesome trip with great scenery! Your closing comments well taken. We all need to take time to decompress. Especially during the current times. Keep the great videos coming 👍
Thanks so much! Yes we absolutely do. So much craziness going on, it’s important to reset on occasion
@@OFFTHEGRIND it’s been hard here in BC, with all the wildfires making back country travel limited.
Yeah I’ve been seeing a lot about that. Hope yo my guys are staying safe and hopefully we’re nearing the end. I know tomorrow we’re supposed to get rain in Washington so I really hope you guys are getting some as well
@@OFFTHEGRIND thanks. It’s forecasted to rain here the next couple days. Hope that dampens some of the fires.
@@thomasw5003 man I hope so too!
Great video 🙌
Thanks I appreciate that!
Great video I’m glad that both you and Micheal had a great trip exploring you did great showing the Beauty of Washington I have not done the 101 loop in a long time last trip was local went up to the sun top old fire look out up in green water there is a Group of people that are working on it to restore it back to a volunteer lookout tower you should check it out
I've never done the full loop honestly. I have gone both clockwise and counter-clockwise, but stopped pretty much in the same spot both times haha. And that's good to know, I will put that on my list.
I loooove charlieeee
Haha he’s pretty great!
Hey @offthegrid I noticed at 6:35 your ruggedized tepui does the same thing mine does, that it didn't do when while new. It doesn't completely open the remaining 2 or 3inches, but it should be FLAT flat. Check the aluminum panels underneath there they join together. The "ladder" side platform should fit into the groove of the mounted platform. Check the very center, where it might be bowed due to weight. To remedy, get underneath the center with the ladder on slack. Tilt the ladder platform up a few inches, and before you let it back down, put upward pressure on the center of the ladder platform right at the center where they meet in the groove. This should let the two platforms meet in the groove while you let itbdown slowly. It's a two handed operation, but it will work.
Thanks for the tip, I appreciate. I have sold the tent however and am now running an ikamper. Definitely do not have that same problem with that
You first camp spot looks like the place I've stayed at, in Forks, WA
We were a bit further south. I want to get up to forks though and check that area out
This is goal life vibe tbh
Thanks!
Here before you blow up! Sick video
Haha 🤞🏻 thanks man!
Awesome video! Is it very difficult to get isolated up there ?
Depends on the time of year and how adventurous you are but no not really honestly
Toppp
Please add some off road footage! Want to see how the dobinson perform. Thanks
Oh you just wait for the next video! It’s all off road, getting tires in the air and dragging sliders 😎
Awesome video! What kind of dog is that? Reminds me of mine 🖤
Primarily German Shepard but mixed with boarder collie and Australian Sheppard! He’s insane but we love him
@@OFFTHEGRIND yea mine was black lab with Chowchow 🥰
Random question, do you air down your tires before you go on a trail?
I asked this before I finished the video and saw you deflating your tires.. lol nvm!
Haha I was about to call you out! Yeah it just makes the ride so much more comfortable
@@OFFTHEGRIND 😂 thanks bro! Can’t wait to try it out this weekend, I just got a 2020 TRD OR - still new to it all. Great content!
@@iliou_g9354 congrats man! You’ll love it! It’s such a blast off road. Just have to get used to how massive the hood is
@@OFFTHEGRIND best truck I’ve ever had! Super fun on these Colorado trails!
One of these days you two will invite me to join you. I'm in Puyallup and would love to tag along sometime.
Yeah man we can definitely try to figure something out at some point!

I saw that and I messaged you! Thanks man!
