I agree with Pawel! When trowing over the head (last method) there is a risk to hit FPV goggles with your hands. It happened to me, one antenna was broken as a result. Use AUTOLAUNCH and put the goggles afterwards.
Beside CoG check, a control direction check is a very good pre-launch check. Know a number of pilots that have launched a wing with ailerons, or elevator reversed. Propeller direction is good check too, much less an issue typically verified on the bench. Next series, "How to - Land ". 😂

ZAGI WING MANUAL INSRUCTED ME TO USE "PIZZA CARRY " TOSS METHOD , FROM THE NOSE . THUMB AROUND TOP OF WING AND FINGERS ON BOTTOM. ALLOW FOR GOOD STRAIGHT AHEAD TROWS .HAVE USED IT UP TO 2M WINGS. . lick your finger tips if you have grip issues.

well, why don´t you guys just turn your hand around grabbing the wing with the thumb on the buttom side. Than you can lay it into the wind from the outside, same as you do in the video but you have alle the dangerous parts away from your body. With your technique the wing is much to close in front of you.😉

I overhead throw my larger wings all the time. Can't compromise safety.

wing wing z84 can be throw, but when throwing y must not have any throttle at all because there is huge risk that propeller will cut/slice y fingers.
