I have the AR wing and Dart 250g which both have handholds underneath which allow me to throw them like a paper dart. Added to the Kopilot launch control/RTH makes it really easy to launch👍
Grab wing tip, about 60% throatle and sling that thing no less than 45deg. I no longer use this method since flying with inav. I accidently launched w/o autolaunch this weekend and it just sored off from a belly throw. AR900
the answer...,. throw into the wind and give 55 to 60% power and a good throw run a little and throw level and straight and pull up with the controller a little .
Haha, discus throwing with a spin on the end is defo the no 1 throw fail lol. Even if you discus throw as hard as you can it will launch fine as it leaves the throw on the tangent! But guys love to give it that wrist flick lol That is exactly how the competition glider guys launch and oh boy do they put some energy into the throw!!

The easiest way to launch a wing is put landing gear on it haha.

If the wing has enough power, feel the push of the motor and guide it out.

DLG is designed to be thrown as a discus :) Flying wings are not ;)
