Thank for showing the 2 clean out filters. My owners manual didn't show that. I have never cleaned them before. After about 16 months the "pump " feature stopped working. My bad! ( i hope)
Some times those pumps need to be cleaned. It might be just stopped up
Does this heat up the room or loud?
The sound it makes is just from the fan running so it says if you had a fan in your room. I don’t feel like it put out a lot of heat to say it would change the temperature in a room, but sometimes the air coming out the fan is warm.
i just cleaned the regular filter and put it back on and light is still on..i even cleaned the lil ones to be sure and light still on. u had any iasues??
I actually had given this to my dad but I believe you have to manually rest it
Thanks
your welcome
I bought the 50-pint Hisense last week Model DH5024KP1G which is very similar to the one shown and instead of the water going into the bucket, most of it goes down in the bottom of the machine and I have to tilt the whole humidifier (with the bucket out) up on a corner and drain out the water from inside the machine which comes out because the case is not built water-tight I wait a few hours after turning it off too. Anyone have any ideas? I am checking as many videos and internet searches as I can and still don't see anyone talking about this. Using the pump to pump it out through the small included hose is not an option for me because of my situation.
I would send it back or call the company and send them a video
@@TechReviewswithphil Someone on of thesd Hisense videos said Lowes would not take it back but I did not verify that yet. I just got done taking off the back so I am going to run it for a while to see if I can see why it is doing that.
My pump works well, but after a week still have water on bucket is it normal?
It might need to have a little water in the bottom to prime the pump. I only pumped mine out 5 or 6 timesi usually dump it in the sink
@@TechReviewswithphil I always have over 32 oz. in the bottom.
You did this review too soon after buying it. Hisense dehumidifiers are junk and getting a replacement under warranty is a giant hassle. You cannot just return it where you bought it (Lowe's) and get a replacement.
I have had 3 others and this one works the best. The fact that I can pump out water without removing the chamber has been a big help for me. I’m sorry the one you got was not a good product that happens sometimes with any product. I have not had to deal with customer service so I don’t know how they work but I’m sorry you’re having a hard time with them.
@TechReviewswithphil just look at their reviews. E9 errors are way too common. They also make the NOMA brand models (for canadian tire). Exactly the same problems.
