How to Remove A V1401 Hobart Planetary for service

The purpose of this video is to show the process on how we do it.
i do not encourage anyone with out the proper knowledge to do it , it is a dangerous job if you don’t know how so just don’t do it call a professional to do it. As most of the time do it yourself ends up being a bad idea or more expensive!!!

No they didn’t left them outside
They had a cleaning service company to clean their kitchen they have like 12 140qts so I guess is much easier for the cleaning company to pressure wash their equipment including the mixers…
