Great video, thank you 👍.
You can tell by looking in the gearcase that it has very low amount of grease and the Hobart #2 grease is too thick and bunches up in the corner and causes premature bronze gear wear because it doesn't flow around the bronze gear. Use Marfax 0 or 00 grease make sure the gear box is full. The bronze gear will last a hell of alot longer without any leaks also. Use Hobart #2 green grease in youre enemies machine!!!
Thank you for the tip 👍
Hi , I really like your videos and how’s your professional fixing. Are you selling or just fixing?
does the clutch sleeve install small side up or down?
any chance you can make a video of how to disassemble the transmission of the d300 you have in the background?
something broke inside when i was mixing dough last year and i haven't been able to figure out how to get at the transmission because the big nut on the top seems to be a lock nut and won't thread off completely
I’ll try to make one probably in couple weeks
I have one that runs for 10 seconds after pushing the start button and it shut off. do you know what the problem is?
Hi there
Sounds like an electrical issue
Starting from a bad switch, if your mixer has safety guard there is a magnetic sensors , bad timer, bad Contactor so there is more than one reason why your mixer doesn’t stays on
Better to call a technician could be an easy fix
