I try to focus on the good things we still have as we all certainly need morale boosts as reading most of the local news usually doesn't give us much good news these days. Things seem to keep getting more unhappy for folks with all that has been going on. The French Quarter is still very quiet a lot of the time with far fewer tourists than normal times. At least it still looks like we get Carnival parades this year and while it is heartbreaking how many places are closing forever we still have some new good new places opening.
They had somebody really great in the kitchen on the day I filmed this as the flavors were the best I have ever had for Chinese food. Vancouver BC has a LOT of great Chinese too that is cheap or at least it was before the virus.

It’s so nice to see the good things about NOLA. This is how I think of my home.

You are a week late with this one. Lol. We just left Nola. We will have to try it next time.
I can't give away all the secrets while you are here or we can't convince you to return to sample even more of the delicious food 😀
Love the walk 🚶♂️ round we went on a horse and carriage from from the square yes try all the little bars 🍸
There are so many little spots to see in the area 😀
I wish I could go into a restaurant and order whatever I wanted without worrying about the prices. I would feel semi rich
The prices are going crazy these days!
Food looks great, but the prices look like they doubled :)
They bought the building so that probably is part of the higher price.
