Hello, I would never describe Korean weddings as "crazy too". They are just a two hour meeting (half and hour ceremony and then a buffet lunch and people dressed casual). I agree with Anna, I think you should be blunt when ending the date so no one is confused. ( I told this one guy that it was nice to meet him and bye. But he was confused at first. He went on vacation for a month then came back and expected me to call. How would I know when to call, he never said what date he was coming back. But I didn’t want a second date. And we never called each other.)
