- The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator has recently come down in price, actually making it the same as other similar refrigerators below it's class. This customizable refrigerator can be decked out in beautiful colors not available in any other model. I have been searching and waiting for a deal on a premium refrigerator at a reasonable price and this is it. Check it our while it's on sale.

We've been eyeing this refrigerator for months now after purchasing a whirlpool side by side last year and deeply regretting it. It has had major problems and even though whirlpool has fixed the issues, the fridge is just not working out for our family. We decided to cut our losses and stick it in the garage. Couldn't pass up the current sale and finally ordered the Bespoke yesterday. Thank you for the thorough review of all the features. Super helpful!

@@gi2050 We absolutely love it so far. I honestly have zero complaints. favorite features are the middle drawer for deli meats and cheese, also love the different ice cubes. The beverage center that can be opened separately to get water and cold drinks without having to open the entire fridge is nice too. We went with the glass panels and I love how easy they are to clean with glass cleaner. Our old fridge was a very matte stainless steel and it was so smudgy and hard to clean. Anyway I would highly recommend the bespoke!

Fantastic review! I am considering the 3 door Bespoke model. We have an 8' long wall to the left of the refrigerator space and the width opening is 39 7/8. The right side will not be an issue since we're looking at the standard depth.
I am concerned about the thick doors not having enough clearance since I don't believe they pivot on themselves. Can you shed some light on this please? Many thanks in advance for any help.
Good morning. Thank you for the kind words. Let's see if this will help. The wide doors basically almost completely pivot at the front of the refrigerator with a slight over hang of the edge of the refrigerator. 31 inches from my back wall to edge od door opening, you may prefer additional clearance from the rearward wall. 30.5 inches should clear, of course you can move the refrigerator forward as needed. I bought this same model on labor day and should be receiving next week. Nearly got Samsung 30 cubic feet model but settled on this one due to middle draw. Hopefully it lasts a long time.
I started out looking at the 30cu ft also. I thought the middle drawer was a gimmick/ waste. My wife really wanted the drawer. She was right. It is very handy not to have to open both doors to slide out the deli drawer. I think it looks cool also. Make sure you have peak demand override on. I mistakenly turned it off by accident and the spent a week testing/ wondering why the temperature would rise to 50 degrees at times. It saves energy but cause it to run warm at times. Great, I'm sure you will be pleased. The dual ice maker came in real handy with the large dual tray full during hurricane IAN and through to now. We have no water yet but the large tray has been a real blessing, also cold temp down to minus 8 degrees. We run the generator all day and shut it off at night. The Bespoke has been great. Not much load on the generator.

Hi, I am considering purchasing one of these, but I use alot of ice. Did the ice maker start producing faster?
The ice maker works good but the tray builds a pile under the drop zone. Moving the buildup forward allows the ice maker to start a new cycle. The bite size cubes are great, I thought it was a gimmick but actually they cool down your drink quickly. I can't say exactly how quickly since I haven't even emptied one tray of ice. Officially on Samsung's web site it says the dual ice maker will make 6 pounds a day with both on. Some reports say it's slow. Ii is in the freezer, the best place to be verses a door dispenser with ice maker in the fridge. We had a door dispenser ice maker last Samsung refrigerator and am very pleased with the change. It's all personal decisions. They both work. Design wise, in the freezer should be faster. Hope this helps.
I'd like to know what the hight dimensions are. It looks like the front part top of the fridge is high where the doors are but then drops down a few inches for the rest of the fridge. My cabinets are 70 inches high. I dont want the flush cabinet sized one but the deeper one so that it will stick out a bit and not hit the top of my cabinets. I just want to know what the difference in height is. I could see from your excellent video that there is a difference.

How has it held up? I keep reading about issues with Samsung refrigerators. Are there service technicians available in the US?
It has been absolutely perfect! I can only report my experience. 11 years ago, our new Samsung refrigerator frosted up. Service technician came out diagnosed it and had to order parts. He returned and made the repairs. It is still working today 🙃. That is our experience. We just purchased all Samsung kitchen appliances with our own money, and we are very pleased. Have it in the freezer but returning it since the delivery folks from Samsung/XPO are not competent enough to take the refrigerator doors off to get it in the house....

Have you any links to anything recent? I see many reports that seem to be from awhile ago. I am also interested on news about that? Many reports seem to be based around the in the door ice maker concerns. This model should not have those issues.

Sorry, just got this. There is a button to hold down on the control panel but you must unlock to proceed by holding doe the unlock button or use the app.

Thanks for the video. It looks like you purchased the standard depth and not the counter depth even though your space looks to be made for counter depth like mine. Could you tell me the actual dimension from the back wall to where the doors start. Im wondering just how far it would stick out in my home. Thanks!!

Our other refrigerator was a 26 CF, with ice maker in the door. This one barely cleared our pantry door......barely!

@@tracic5967 totally happy with it. We just went through hurricane IAN 🌀 . Had some extreme refrigerator usage. Running on generator power from 4:30 am till 9pm approximately for 10 days. Didn't lose any food to spoilage. Refrigerator off thru the night. Put into power cool and power freeze modes first thing in the morning and a few hours before turning off. Worked great and the large dual ice maker had a full tray that lasted us several days of rationing.

I had concerns about the different compartments but seems to be all ok.
The only reason I want to buy Samsung bespoke because they have white glass color, sick and tired of stainless, hard to keep it clean. Hopefully white glass color is easy to clean.

This ref should only be used middle of the run with 30 inch deep cabs floor to at least an inch above the top. The doors project 2 and a half inches on each side when open due to their thickness you cannot install this up against a continuous wall at the end of a run
Good observation. Samsung only gives clearance specs and makes no suggestions as to it not working in certain houses.
my water jug is not getting the water. I am getting the ice cubes in 2 sizes so obviously there is water supply. But how do i turn on the water to come thru that jug. Also the screen on the door got turned off. it is blank. Is there a button i can turn on to get the screen back to light Ty
Open the refrigerator app, select the dots in upper right corner and then select settings then you will see the auto fill pitcher slider, slide to the right.
I do not know about the screen settings. Please let me know what you find out about it. If all else fails to resolve the screen unplug or turn off the circuit breaker for several seconds to reboot the screen.
Does the middle shelf come apart? I cannot get mine apart because of a little screw towards the front between the two shelves. I got a screw out in the back between the shelves. I want to move it to the lowest position. Like you have your middle shelf and cannot get it out. Samsung is no help. Trying to get Lowe’s to answer phone for help. Thank you.
It looks adjustmentable for sure. I don't see any small screw but it is attached at the front center.

Goodmorning, on the control panel very bottom press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds to unlock controls. The next button up from lock is the auto pitcher fill on/off. Make your selection, the icon will light when on. Hope this helps. You can also turn it on/off from your phone app. Hope this helps. Please let me know. Maybe I should do a video to help others 🤔. Did you recheck after switching the mode
Yes, it dropped from a high of 50 down to a high of 41.
The owners manual says the PEAK DEMAND feature is able to communicate to the utility company and adjust usage accordingly to the high rates if you sign a contract with the utility. NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE 🤔. Not in my area...lol. I google searched it and came up with nothing. . News to me.
I purchased this as well over labor day and it was set up this weekend. I noticed the internal temp would fluctuate between 37 and 45 when using an independent refrigerator temperature sensor. So I saw your post about enabling "Peak Demand Off". So I enabled that using the smart things app, but when I checked my temperature it read 26 degree F. Do you think that is related?
I wouldn't think it would be related. I have seen low temperatures like that when using the power cool feature after loading with new groceries. Have you noticed anything frozen in the refrigerator? The temperature you are talking about, is in the main refrigerator section and not the flex drawer, correct? My temperatures were all over the place at first and have since settled down. I purchased a dual sensor refrigerator digital thermometer with a high and low memory. I had never monitored a refrigerator so closely before. I am seeing 34 to 47 degrees on the main refrigerator and 30 to 37 degrees on the flex drawer. If your food is not freezing I wouldn't be concerned about an occasional drop to 26 in a cycle. I did see this early on. Keep an eye on it and check back with your further thoughts. I do thing the energy efficient (energy star certified has different parameters then older refrigerators. I noted: I can't hear any compressor running but I can hear the sound of refrigerant moving thru the system when is in the cooling down cycle. @@htnowpro I think you are right about the power cool was enabled, I disabled that in the app and it went back to normal. I must have accidentally turned that on 😂. The refrigerator overall has felt extremely cold inside as well as all the items in it, so even though the thermometer I have been using says it is higher, my guess is that it is not that reliable. Hello, there is a selection auto fill pitcher second from the bottom inside on the control panel. Your second option is in your phone app Samsung smartthhings. Make sure your refigerator is not lower in the front than the back. When the pitcher fills it rocks/ tilts toward the inside or the fridge to press the stop/ fill button. Recently bought one too with the LCD screen. I've done what i believe to be an extensive search for reportable problems on this fridge across forums and youtube. What i have found so far is some instances of the water dispenser malfunctioning (i.e. sometimes works) and the ice maker producing too much. Only reason i bought it was because it was heavily discounted as the newest model has been released with a much larger screen.
Mine will not dump ice. When I pressed the test button, it dumped some. Is this normal
Please check and make sure both ice tray settings are turned on in the app. Cubes and bites

Hello, I bought the fridge last month and I have a strange issue: the left door of the fridge (including the beverage center door) closes on it's own when opened. It will not stay open. The right side door stays open. I had a tech come out to check it and he checked it, leveled it, and said nothing could be done about this - it's the design of the fridge. I find this hard to believe. Did you have this issue at all? I'm wondering if it's an issue with my particular unit. Thanks.

You have a very detailed eye. It just barely clears. Our 26 cf refrigerator was close, but this almost 39 cf refrigerator really pushes the envelope. One downside to our kitchen pantry design. Thankfully it works. 😄

This is our first night having the fridge. The ice maker is so slow. Its only dispensed maybe 3 trays in the last 12 hours... i will post an update soon. I got the same fridge with the family hub

Other than the door in a door it has the same as our old refrigerator, ice maker, water dispenser....the water pitcher fill system is extra item. Yes...more things but mechanically speaking not more technical. The water pitcher fills then leans against a shut off switch.
I believe the ice maker is better positioned in the freezer then our old model in the door. Over all...better packaging...positioning of components. Time will tell...the rest of the story.

Beautiful fridge, too bad Samsung still haven't figured out how to make a workable refrigerator. I hear reviews Bespoke already having issues on its first 5 months, I was hoping to hear good news so I can get my own, but sadly, bad reviews started pouring out since last year

From Tesla solar, Apple laptops, generators, Ford Lightning, Bluetti solar generators, and on and on. We have had Samsung refrigerators for the last 23 years and still purchased Samsung. A refrigerator is nothing more than a box with A/C cooling system. Like you said, " It's a beautiful one". 😍

The only thing I don't like is the ice bin. I feel like kids will keep sticking their dirty hands in there.
That is exactly what my daughter 😂 said. Yes, absolutely may be an issue. We were looking forward to not having the ice dispenser in the door anymore. Now, the grandchildren haven't been over yet, so we haven't experienced that issue 🙄. They moved to Arizona, so it will be awhile 😉. Something to consider as a technician. You only service possibly 1 percent of sold products and only see the failed products. I too am a service technician for other products. Our experiences do not represent the total picture. Maybe it won't last 10 years. My last Samsung is still going 11 years in. The Samsung before that did too. Thank you for sharing.
Follow up: from what service standpoint? Parts availability, repeat failure of the same part? Or warranty issues?

I'm still considering buying this (the 3 or 4 - French door). It is half the price of the GE Cafe...so, if it lasts half as long, it's a neutral deal. My last Samsung was five years old when we sold the house and is still running with no issues.

Samsung appliances are the absolute worst rated in the industry.. Just ask an appliance repairman which brands they are always fixing and every answer will be Samsung. All appliance technicians say they will never ever have a Samsung appliance in their home.
If this one works as well as our other two did we will be satisfied customers again. 😄 I understand your point of view from the service aspect. I work in service, on different equipment, but the same idea. Thank you for watching and commenting.
They work on them most people they outsell every other brand. Ofcourse that’s what will be mostly worked on, but I’ve never had any real issues with Samsung appliances and we own half a dozen houses all using some combination of Samsung products.

@@america1403 you need to realize what a typical American consumer is and how they live and in what conditions. Disgusting households with unpaid bills, power outages, poor hygiene and god knows what type of mannerisms. I’ve flipped enough houses to know exactly what type of abuse these machines go through with these scumbags.
Samsung happens to be the brand these scum can afford, and it’s no surprise when you sell by volume, you will have to deal with the greatest common denominator. That’s the price Samsung is willing to pay to be in every household because it pays off in the end.
With that said, these folk are the first to go and complain. I doubt the same goes for the wealthy who can afford to pay a professional to fix it and not bat an eye about the reliability issues. They’re machines that you use every day, ofcourse they will develop faults over time, and it’s no secret that they all are built from same exact parts coming from same exact factories somewhere in China. Those that are not arnt even part of the conversation because the prices you pay for German quality is way out of most peoples budgets and they’re irrelevant.
You switch your cell phone near dam every year just for the sake of having the newest thing, but it costs twice as much as your dishwasher.

You can actually custom the panels.....for example have panels with the picture of your loved ones or a picture of your choice.
