    Ingredients
    For the dough:
    • 800 grams all purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 50 ml oil
    • 1 egg
    • 500 ml cold weather ( little less or little more) added slowly
    • 3/4 crisco or soften unsalted butter for spreading
    For the filling:
    • 8 oz chopped baby spinach
    • 3 eggs
    • 250 grams crumbled feta cheese
    • 50 grams bread crumbs
    Baking at 380 f for 40-45 minutes until golden brown
