    For the dough you need:
    • 1 egg
    • 1 full cup warm water
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp dry yeast
    • approximately 5 cups flour, you will need to add slowly
    Make soft dough, then make 24 individual dough balls.
    Cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes
    Flatten every dough ball with rolling pin, make sandwiches with butter between 2 pieces dough, now you’ll end up with 12 pieces
    lay them on oiled pan, cover them, and let them rest for another 20 minutes
    stretch every dough piece on oiled surface, as much as you can
    sprinkle melted butter
    sprinkle crumbled feta cheese
    roll it, twist the roll, fold in half, twist again
    place every twist on parchment paper in a pan, brush with butter and bake at 400 f for 30-40 minutes, or less, depending on your oven, until golden brown
    Eat immediately, perfect 👍🏻 , but you can definitely freeze them after they are completely cooled .
    Defrost overnight in different container ,
    to feel the freshness again , use convection oven 🙌🤩

    Hi Gordana these look amazing. Do you get 24 pieces or 12 pieces from this recipe
