    Was that really a urgency example or was it just logical reasoning selling the bigger box. Urgency would have been you need that box before someone else takes it and since its our last big box .......
    Correct me if im wrong but I really dont see any urgency in that example.

      I was thinking the same thing

    • @kelvinlee7550
      @kelvinlee7550 4 роки тому

      By using logic, he was able to expand the client's view about the topic that was more than just the price. Once they see that they really NEED the product/service, that is when the urgency kicks in. "oh i didn't know that not doing this would cause b which causes c,d,e." Thus urgency to act increases.

      @@kelvinlee7550there certainly was no urgency to reply to my message a year later lol joking

    They can recognize the urgency if you get them to talk about their pain long and deep enough

    Hey Victor
    Whenever we quote our customers prices they always says your prices are high although we gave them competitive prices, as a result we looses our customers. How do I tackle that situation?

    • @caryhuff8924
      @caryhuff8924 5 років тому +6

      Shahida, You answer their question with a question of your own. Are prices are too high compared to what?
      Shahida, Have you done your homework as to what others are charging? You need to do your research to arm yourself to handle the objections that can and WILL arise.
      Most of the time the objection isn't about price or blah, blah, blah. The customer is asking you why should I buy from you aren't they? You haven't hit their 'value' button meaning they don't see the value in what you're offering.
      Have you asked them: then why didn't you buy from xxxx if they had a better deal.
      Do you give them facts and put them to sleep as to all the reasons they should hire you/your company OR (pay attention here) do you tell them a story? There are so many companies offering the same thing you are, and the amateurs rely or try to close on price. Your doing them, and yourself a disservice because there will ALWAYS be someone else who can do it cheaper.
      Have you ever thought of partnering with someone who is great at closing the sale? You might want to think about it. What if you offered them 20-35% of the sale? Your NOT losing 20-35%, your gaining 65-80% aren't you? Remember 65-80% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
      As you get better at closing you won't need someone to help you close as much.
      If you don't value your time, and effort then neither will they. Start building your self-confidence, and your sales, and closing rates will increase.

    How this objection applied in Holiday Products, which are costly?

    • @VictorAntonioLive
      @VictorAntonioLive  8 років тому +3

      Costly compared to what?! A similar product? If so, you have to find the "value differential" and sell that! VA

    • @manjoeshar
      @manjoeshar 8 років тому +1

      No I want to ask if in market cost is 6 days 7 night is 40K(INR)but through NM its cost fro 7 days 8 night is 80K, First I want to ask why cost are high because of paid to multi level.

    • @VictorAntonioLive
      @VictorAntonioLive  8 років тому +1

      That's a tough sale; it's almost 100% more than the other price. It's going to be VERY hard to justify the price difference. Why are the costs high? I don't know. Maybe there's a reason BUT,...again, 100% increase seem to much to overcome.

    • @manjoeshar
      @manjoeshar 8 років тому +1

      extremely sorry I wrote wrong..it's 68k instead of 80K.. even after that don't u think it's expensive.or product plus opportunity can resolve it.
      Thanks

    • @VictorAntonioLive
      @VictorAntonioLive  8 років тому +2

      The question to you is, "Can you find $12K of 'value difference' between what you offer and the competition?" Really analyze what you have to offer and see if you can create/find more value. If you can't, it'll be a tough sale. VA
