It is for the information of those who are planning for international travel.
Those who have completed two dose vaccination might have received certificates for both. That certificates are not accepted for international travel. So you approch the nearest akshaya kendra or janseva kendra with the certificate and passport and ask to endorse your Passport number and any other corrections to be made. Remember you can do it only once. You will get a new certificate containing all details which permit you to travel abroad.

Things are changing. You will be able to enter from Early 2022 possibly as I mentioned in the Video. But yes, for now, NO you cannot enter.
