this is an awesome video! i like that you make it with a worn car so you can show what a real job would be like. its not all clean and you show the difficulties that can come from a normal use of a car
I told my wife after she purchased a Chevy equinox we should get away from Chevy, what she do goes and buy's a traverse. I don't argue with her anymore but I'm the guy that works on the junk. Had the abs traction control scanned says right rear abs speed sensor, well that didn't fix it replaced a wheel bearing because it needed replaced. I thought that would fix it and nope. We had a Ford escape 250000 miles never any issues. My f150 truck 110000 miles no issues get away from Chevy junk.
wow, all of this just for a sensor! The car manufacturers sure know how to bleed us dry having to fix these things.
I thought you said this was an easy fix...
I like this video. Thank you for getting to the point and not being a goober who talks for 20 minutes about everything else in the world before actually getting to the fix.
It’s a rust bucket
It's Bruce Wayne...I thought it would have been The Batmobile....it's not even in The Cave.
it is refreshing to see a mechanic that knows what he is doing. Thanks for sharing. hope others take this information seriously.
I love how everything is going terribly right for this guy 😂😂 "get your sweater off because this is gonna be difficult, whack, and that's out"
Why not just replace the speed sensor? The c0050 code is the bad sensor code, not bearing. And yes, you can change just the sensor by removing the rotor to get to it.
The brake switch will cause those issues. Also your cruise control won't work either.
Oh my God, I love you! My car is having exact same problem 2008 Chevy Impala LT! I was too scared to drive it, didn't know what was wrong but now I do thanks to you! I remember I got my brakes fixed 3 weeks ago and the dealership did tell me that my wheel bearing may be going bad. Thank you so much for sharing, I'm not going to start following you from now on!
Well made video and props for using a torque wrench!
I love to watch these car videos about mods and stuff, don't ask me why, I'm not exactly good at it myself, but I'm learning! :-))
Wow, you're really good at this, respect
this is what separates the amateurs from the PROs!!!
gotta check out your backlog on vids here on YT. very useful stuff man
Thanks for the video, it's always nice to see it first before you attack it on a new application.
Great instruction vid and exactly what I needed to know. Thanks
Great job with the video. The bearing looked rough just from how I see you spin it. Keep up the good work.
