- In this our final of the Essentials Series, we discuss a broad variety but by no means exhaustive list of possible and speculative causes of acquired brain injury, including:
Micro/Nanoplastics/Materials
Medications
Low Frequency Vibrations
Disrupted Gut/Brain Axis
Migraine Headaches
Excessive Noise
Ubiquitous Chemicals
All of these plus potentially others could cause ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) but due to research only being in animals and most reports only in humans coming from individual case studies or anecdotal reports, it is impossible to make a definitive causal statement without more studies.
We hope you find our Essentials Series helpful.

Your videos are very detailed. Great content
These videos have been the best I've seen
Can we dive deeper into the history of neurorehabilitation, and how neurorehabilitation in some cases has only been for some brain injury, been a relative new option. As I had encephalitis back in the 80's. Absolutely no neurological rehabilitation for Encephalitis patients then.
It’s more about does everyone have brain injury of low degree ?
We're doomed😢
