It would be a blessing to see this amazing Doctor I've dealt with so many physicians due to my symptoms being so horrible & not getting the answers i need suffering is not the way people like us deserve to live.
I’m so glad I found this 😁 I’ve just had my 2nd brain scan & been told that I have white matter in the brain , it’s my memory.now I’m having the 2 1/2 our test next week ; they are testing me to decide which type of dementia I have
I’ll record a UA-cam video of my experience on Caring Medical sometime too. Because without it, I don’t think I’d be alive anymore. According to dr Ross Hauser I had for their clinic 97th percentile brain pressure and I remember waiting on the appointment laying down as I couldn’t even keep my head up, I knew I will die at 31 or 32 if I don’t find the proper help and answers. My POTS was so severe I was bed bound for a year and a half. My Miami dr said “you have just thyroid” sounding as stupid as a boot. I felt like I have brain cancer. So diagnosis “pseudotumor cerebri” made all the sense. It’s a very dark place to be with CCI and in diagnostics we discovered I have elongated styloids on top of it. The world desperately needs to have this knowledge in mainstream medical field. Every Dr on Earth should be fluent in Dr Hausers work. Every single one of them. I am so thankful to be off the meds and with recovered conflictive health, face shape and overall Sanity & Life. ❤ ❤ ❤
I found reputable reports that state low B12 and Iron deficiency can make the white spots seen on brain MRI. I appreciate your video's and watch many. Your voice is so easy to understand for me with my hearing loss and tinnitus - don't even need to watch closed captions :) thanks
Just discovered that amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, causes tinnitus. Hundreds and hundreds of complaints. Check all side effects of your meds .
We are glad that you were able to find some answers with our video - we are praying for your healing and wish you the best on your regenerative medicine journey!
Thank you doctor Hauser in 10 years no one has been able to explain that to me better than you just did 10 years ago when they told me I had white matter disease I was terrified
Right when I think there is no other symptomatic findings Dr. Hauser puts another video up. My MRI showed ischaemia of unknown origin and was in my 30s. Can't wait to see Dr. Paul Schiavo trained my Dr. Hauser soon
Long story short, I've been sick for years, no clear diagnosis. My neurologist mentioned "white spots" on an X-ray, but he was very passive about it. It felt like he was telling me I had bad acne, just matter-of-fact. This is the most comprehensive run down I've seen.
Thankyou so much for your generosity in sharing your knowledge. You have helped me so much to get help with my life and diagnosis of CCI and AAI. Thankyou,
Finally a full explanation . I've been having TIAs, migraines, cognitive, and balance problems. I had complained to my Dr 7 years ago I couldn't think straight and had MRI. He said all ok. After ambulanced 3 times past 1.5 years plus seen 3 Nero specialists . I was in total shock last jan ambulanced and specialist quoted your white matter micro vascular brain disease is just advancing. I quoted "What the heck are you talking about I've never been told about this! His explanation ill provide you with the proof of your mri years ago and last 2 and today. He told for me to be close to family and friends. So it had advanced drastically. My carotid arteries 70 % and 50% blockage. I'm so upset my family Dr ignored everything. I'm middle aged not even close to a 95 year old brain. Now I'm dealing with anemia past year down to 6 . I'm trying to not have any transfusions and go for natural health. If doesn't work transfusions after Christmas. Thanks so much for your time 😊
We are wishing you all the best as you continue your alternative medicine treatment research. We would love to help you - you can contact us directly and someone from our clinical team can get to know more about your case.
I have been dealing with the same thing for 3 years and every neurological visit they say all normal due to chronic migraines I have been trying to educate myself
I just found out that over 5 years ago I had a brain scan done the doctor said everything is ok,well I got the patient portal come to find out I had white matter then and my mind doesn't feel right hasn't in a long time now my doctor is doing another brain scan and I have been diagnosed with lung cancer now
Wow, I’m glad that I found this video. So much of this applies to me. My neurologist messaged me that the mri results were normal, despite the findings expressed on the MRIs of my neck and brain, and despite the obvious decline in my health. Thank you very much for this explanation.❤
Great job you have a great view I would never grasped I have tremors. I started using a head harness with light weight. My tremors are better and my lungs have improved my heart rate is back down .this was in 3 week's thanks.
If this is something that you are experiencing, we'd love to help you on your road to healing! Please reach out to our office directly and someone from our clinical team can learn more about your case!
@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy I appreciate you. Thank you for answering. I’ve been very ill for about 7 years now. I’ve been in hospice and after 9 months, I was released and that was 2 years ago thank God. But whatever’s happening to me, has only been getting worse. I get rocked by these attacks that harden and stiffen my neck and face and then once I’m gripped by it…it begins bending me and squeezing me. I’ve been in and out of word salad on the daily the whole time. I’ve had 3 TIA’s and have a blood clotting issue going on now too. This stuff is killing me slowly, but powerfully.
This happened to me from a car accident, blunt trauma. I was told, the white matter is in my frontal and temporal lobes. My head is tilted… I wish you was still in Illinois, I love your work!
I had a bad car accident when I was 15,lost consciousness. im 40 now and I'm about to see a neurologist. So scared.can you give me some advice on how to handle this process?
I agree but I was told that my mri was fine. I did mine at 44 after dealing with aches, confusion, inability to speak, lots of forgetting and strange sensations. The report said “there are a few punctate t2 hyper-intensities in the deep white matter of the left frontal lobe.” When I searched this term for myself I didn’t interpret it as fine.
Ugh - we are so sorry to hear this, we hear from so many of our patients that they are told everything is fine when it is in fact not. It is amazing that you are researching for yourself - we are praying for your healing, don’t give up hope!
I was wondering if cervical instability could cause phantom smells, I have trouble holding my head up a lot and this tends to happen at least once a day.
I literally just shared his venous congestion headaches video on FB and I was saying the exact same thing lol. I had so many questions that I either forgot to ask or didn't have time for when I was there
Thank you. This makes so much sense. My problems started with bulging discs in my cervical spine. It all adds up. I was told the lesions on my brain were due to migraines, which left me flummoxed as I’ve never knowingly experienced migraine. They said the lump on my head was caused by dried blood as a result of hitting my head. Again, this confused me as I hadn’t hit my head. Wondering now if this was actually due to brain bleeds. Thanks again Dr. Hauser, you’ve given me a way forward.
Mandy - we are so glad that you found our channel! Remember that you are your biggest advocate, keep moving forward and keep pushing! We wish you all the best on your healing journey and are praying for your complete healing in Jesus name!
I had an MRI in November of 21 due to many unusual symptoms. The MRI came back completely clear. A year and a half later, I had a second MRI due to increased and new symptoms. That MRI showed white matter lesions and atrophy. Both were brand new from 18 months prior. My neurologist completely dismissed it as normal aging. I was 38 at the time and having daily, debilitating symptoms, including what she believes are focal awareness seizures and incontinence. But yet, the lesions and atrophy are simply normal parts of being in your 30s 😒
Same situation but worst than yours.i had MRI 8 months ago due to headache and results came clean.Had Mri again yesterday for migraine and this time it says severe bilateral periventricular white matter changes. How are you doing now ?
Dear Doctor Why can't you be in Germany. We have so many people suffer from all the themes you teach us about. And too too many indifferent Doctors who refuse to see the ovious causes and consrquences. You are a bright star bringing light and awareness to the world. I hope this was understandable With great respect Alexandra Horky
Thank you for such kind words Alexandra. We wish Dr. Hauser could be everywhere but we are grateful that he is able to share all this information via UA-cam!
I've been trying for a year to find out why these episodes are happening to me. Strong smells especially seem to trigger head paradigm and tightening of the right side of my body. I feel like a balloon about to pop. I also have extreme stiffness, and constant need to pop my neck and upper spine and an out of place rib on my right side that won't go back in. I never thought they were all connected but my mri sl came back as "normal" They noted the t2 flairs and I googled it and ended up on this video. This is giving me hope of an answer finally. I hope I can make sense of this enough to bring to my doctor. I just want my life back.
Kerria - we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these episodes and symptoms. It sounds like you may have cervical instability however there is no way to determine that without doing diagnostics. We are so glad that you have come across our account, we have a lot of information on our website. Prolotherapy is a great treatment option for those with instability.
I am a 32 year old veteran. 3 years ago they told me I had “white matter changes” in my mri and have completely ignored my symptoms. I can’t afford to travel to you or your treatments. How do I get them to take me seriously
I have CCI, EDS, one T2 hyperintensity. Im on Diamox and my upper cervical chiropractor has been helping adjust the position of my cervical spine ... This makes me want to ask them, insist tomorrow to send me for prolotherapy. Im so so emotional how i knew something was wrong and now im finding all the answers. Ive been so out of my mind. My grandma recently passed away from Alzheimer's and repeated strokes. I identify with the stuff she used to say thay was altered thinking. She had horrible osteoporosis and at the end of her life her upper spine was almost horizontal with the floor, she could not look up.
That’s horrible. I’m seeing both Hauser and his referred to Jeffrey Middleton and they both have said not to have manual spinal manipulations. But I have hEDS, and had as Hauser said 97th percentile intracranial hypertension, meaning the worst 3% I thought I’ll die at 32, had severe pots, lived medicated, felt seizures and couldn’t read a line for my children, it was a nightmare ONE ☝️ adjustment by Brian Hutchinson got me off of the beta blockers I was on for a year and a half Of course I applied Hausers advice on laying down every hour for 5 minutes in proper sleep posture, and didn’t turn my head to the right side for 3 months My face swelling went away Weight dropped after getting off of the meds I’m alive ❤ Your gram’s definitely suffered due to not having proper care and proper advice how to straighten that posture Prolo works. Dr Hauser helps. Hutchinson helps. Middleton helps. They’re all worth every dollar spent, truly! 🎉🎉 I was always told I have heart arrhythmia, that’s BS When my neck alignment is proper, I have no arrhythmia Braces help Chiropractors should NOT be manually adjusting your upper neck tho, not if you have hyper mobility They should be using the vibrational tools as Hutchinson uses No “hammering neck turning with cracking” that’s a big no
@@MrsPaulaTorres this is very interesting, it sounds like these Drs have really helped you. I'm getting upper cervical work done but it's not large adjustments like you're thinking... They take an actuator and make very light tapping adjustments on only one spot on my axis. They have taken precise measurements and angles with X-ray. I'm also not needing beta blockers as much I was having symptoms of hyperPOTS and things are so much better now. I didn't know about the lying on the right side thing what is that for? I definitely need to lay down more during the day
Hi @danielleo6855, we are so sorry to hear about your grandma, it is amazing that you are looking into alternative treatment methods and we would be more than happy to help get you in for a consult to do an evaluation.
Im 43 years old and have just been given these news. Im prediabetic but also have Chiari malformation, Stage 1. I found out about that at age 41. I obviously jumped at the opportunity to change my eating lifestyle, but this video makes me nervous about Chiari. There is also the fact that my mother recently passed away from Alzheimers at a young age. Good talk 😅
Hi Jessi - thanks for sharing part of your story, we are sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. It is great that you are looking into alternative treatment options and making those lifestyle changes. We wish you all the best and are praying for your complete healing!
Hi just curious what type of imaging helped to determine the Chiari Malformation? I'm trying to rule this out myself currently. Thanks and much success to you along your restorative journey.
Hi doctor, since some of us can't go to get checked at your Center , can you give us some tips about how to sleep, or how to try to relief the pressure on our nerves and veins , maybe exercises a pillow or a device like the cervitrax? I know it's not fair to ask for medical advice on a UA-cam comment, but any help is apreciated. Thanks
Yeah you’re gonna have to pay for that, they don’t accept insurance either so it’s one of those places with probably good care but you pay out of pocket for it.
I have Auto Immune Desease and recently got Toxoplasmosis Iggg and Iggm positive. I had brain fog and blurry vision. Done MRI and grateful to Allah that it was not Cerebral Toxoplasmosis. H/ever the result showed I have the scattered tiny white matter probably because of ishethmeic reason. Thank you very much for this very good informative sharing. May you be in good health, always.🌷🌷🌷
Allah is a myth. There is no Allah. ONLY Jesus Christ. The Son of the Living God. keep praying to “Allah” and wonder why he never helps you. ❤ I pray the Lord Jesus heals you. Just ask Him. I bet He will. He is God. I pray this in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. May Jesus bless you abundantly.
Interesting - is there a clear distinction between this lesion type and MS? I have MS which is an immune issue but also wonder what role the vascular system plays in this. BBB is likely also important in preventing leakage / damage.
Hello Dr. Hauser, Is Moya Moya part of this subject of white matter lesions? In my experience, I do take it seriously. The problem is the PCPs in our clinics do not take the patients seriously. They have the MRI diagnosis to look at they won't even refer us as patients to the specialty MDs who work with all of this. Thank God you and other specialists are here on You Tube to help us understand all of this.
Great much needed video. Thank you Dr Hauser. I appreciate what you're saying and agree that our devices are part of the issue. I don't believe that's all that's going on though. What about glyphosate's destruction of our collagen? I don't ever hear you mention that. Are you aware of how it mimics glycine, creating faulty collagen? There were always those that had their nose buried in books and this was never an issue. Why are young people having so many back, shoulder and knee injuries? Mold & glyphosate were what did in my structural system. There's something going on that extends beyond looking down at our devices. It's quite an epidemic and is affecting younger and younger people unfortunately.
The lifestyles of younger people have changed dramatically throughout the years and although devices is not the only cause it is a big one! Things like diet, exercise and work environment play a huge part in this - for example a lot of younger people are working from home now, that could be they are sitting on their couch or at the kitchen table with poor posture. Food for thought!
are you considering writing a book that has all of what you know combined? i bought your prolotherapy book but I’m not sure if that only talkes about what prolotherapy is and just skims over what causes cervical instability. i would love an in debth book about this
My MRI's show multifocal tiny flair hyperintensities in the brain more than expected for my age. I am now 42 at the time I was in my early 30s. I have an abnormal distribution and tiny flair hyperintensities in the brain white matter, the concern would be early demyelination/MS. My first neurologist wasn't concerned he said it was common with age. I was diagnosed in 2020 with late stage lyme, basesia and bartonella along with mold and SIBO. I have POTS syndrome possibly EDS, hypoglycemia. I have been sick for 18 years. Doctors would just say it was all psychological. My lyme doctor suspects cervical instability syndrome which brought me to your channel.
Do you have any testimonies from patients regarding treatment for this? You have an understanding that nobody in my country (England) has. I would be very willing to travel to you :) I'm 27 - been really unwell for 6 years now.
We are so sorry to hear this and unfortunately we hear from a lot of our overseas patients that they couldn’t find proper care in their country and that’s how they ended up in our office. But we are so glad that you are furthering your research in alternative treatment options! We do have patient testimonies on our website a long with an abundance on UA-cam in regard to being treated with Prolotherapy for their cervical instability. www.caringmedical.com/conditions/prolotherapy-neck-pain-cervical-instability/ We would love to see you in our office - please contact us directly and our clinical team can learn more about your case!
Stumbled across this - went in to evaluate tinnitus and this was accidentally found - and I went to U of I (Champaign) so felt comfortable off the bat. And I am in PT for a C1/C2 offset/shift
Dr Hauser I’m in medical school in Chicago I have had a doctor do prolotherapy injection in my pelvic for interstitial bladder cystitis and it made it worse. side effects were huge. I was wondering my neck X-rays are clear and posture is good but neck ligaments keep getting bound. If I work on my neck I can clear it but it takes time every day. Can your injections help untie that? I’m also scared of prolotherapy I’ve considered it for my own practice when I graduate.
Hi Dr. Hauser, I live just west on Roosevelt Road from Hines/Loyola. I have WMD and am 57 now. Wish I was down in Miami to come see you!!! I have a very crooked, extremely narrow neck. I have mild OSA also. I still get O2 desaturations as the Bipap is not doing it completely keeping trachea open. What is the best pillow that you recommend? My memory is starting to fail me and I’m getting scared. And THANK YOU for this EXCELLENT video!
Great explanation video! I was wondering if vertigo and visual disturbances could come from this as well? my husband woke up a few weeks ago with extreme vertigo, light sensitivity, and blurry vision, which is still double when he looks down. we did an MRI and showed white matter lesions. He had gotten some chemical fume into his eyes and nose the day before, I wonder if that caused the break out….
Due to imbalace, dizziness and numbness, my Gp sent me fir mri ,after went to nuroligist ,who informed me oh yes you do have white lesions and quite a bit, but not in the firmat of M.S. and to give up smoking..end of....have JHS as they don't really do EDS here in Ireland........What should I do ? As GP, huro and Rhemo feel because not MS all is good
Re small vessel dx, people need to decrease fat in diet and lower cholesterol, both cause blockages in capillaries and small vessels which can also damage spine disks and contribute to arthritis
You are right, both can affect diet but not for everyone! There is a difference between good and bad cholesterol. But we always recommend that individuals change their diets to better assist in the healing process!
I am a 28 year old male, I just participated in a psychology study. They did a T2 mri scan of my brain and as it turns out I have about 16 of these white matter lesions. The things is I did this mri scan just for a study, I have 0 symptoms, I dont have diabetes, high blood pressure, I am in relatively good shape. I mostly feel good with little to no brain fog. I sometimes have derealization but I always thought that was due to my anxiety because I have anxiety occasionally. The thing is I was suuuper shocked, I didn't know I was this unhealthy.
It certainly is a shock but it is also a blessing in disguise! It allows for you to make the changes that need to be made and continue researching for a better life and future ahead!
Aw nice! My father, who is a very retired gastroenterologist at 83 now he went to University of Illinois that is very very cool and my brother who is an attorney also went to U of I. We’re from Deerfield so I know you know where that is. I just had a brain MRI yesterday and it shows white matter ischemic disease and one of the images. It looks like a Christmas tree. I have been having all sorts of crazy symptoms for months. I feel like my head is going to explode. It’s bad not to mention I have congenic pain. I always have a constant headache it’s just the worst I actually just had cervical spine nerve ablation which I am really regretting now and it feels like everything is so much worse. This was prior to the brain MRI and had I known what I know now I don’t think I would’ve had the ablation but most days it feels like I’m going to die and this has been happening since October. I definitely have cognitive declines balance issues severe headaches every day they never stop. I have a neurologist appointment on Thursday so we shall see and I must mention also that the radiologist says that the white matter is minimal well sure doesn’t feel minimal to me. I am not even 50 years old yet. I also have reverse lordosis as well if I’m saying it, right.
@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy I wish you were here so you can help me. Still dealing with terrible terrible symptoms. I actually went ahead and had a C3-5 ACDF May 2nd. I couldn’t take the pain anymore and everything I’ve always ever done never worked. I was pain-free for about a month and everything is back with a vengeance. it’s just so terrible. It’s so difficult to get good quality healthcare although my surgeon was fantastic and he never did say that all my symptoms would be alleviated or that my cervical spine was causing all of my symptoms really it is so difficult to find that out, I wish I knew one way or another. So neurologist retired suddenly and now I have one that I’m seeing on the 12th on a referral from my surgeon. I am just in utter agony pretty much every day of my life. Will you please come move to Indiana? You need to be cloned. Lol. Thank you for everything you do Dr immense respect for you!
Now I did correlate my 10 months of severe intrabrain pressure due to cervical instability and cervical stenosis in multiple levels Messed up my brain toileting so ALL of the sudden isquemic area along with white matter. Also sadly that radiologist did not categorize or describe size or number of lessions. What a poor job, then we are all left to deal with all this.
8 years ago diagnosed with White Brain disease. 2017 I had a right pontine eschimaic stroke. In November of 2023 diagnosed with small vessel heart disease. I’m not able to fix it with surgery. All my vessels are blocked there’s nothing to bypass too. The smaller vessels are also blocked so no stents either. I’m on medication to keep my vessels opened and a scheduled MRI on my brain in three days
Please know that we are praying for your complete healing as you go into your MRI! We understand how debilitating these things can be and we wish you all the best on your regenerative medicine journey!
💯 I'm in my 40s and I have white matter lesions b/c my internal carotid artery is getting compressed by my cervical spine. I have Dysautonomia, EDS and POTS I also have thoracic outlet syndrome and when the artery in my brachial plexus is pressed I lose the pulse in my right hand. As if this weren't enough I have hypoperfusion and hypercapnia upon standing and sitting. I did all the research, I went out of my way to get out of pocket testing and have all my test results. Do I go to a neuro chiropractor, neurologist and/or both? Thank you for your guidance.
Dr Hauser! i was going to see you but the stenosis of Cervical was present so had the surgery 6 months ago c2 thr c7. unfortunatelly 2 weeks ago my body went trembling as over all. The surgeon did fusion was perfect but i suffered hand weakness not related to NO STROKE.. Here is my question; Can a hand go weak from a myeling issue>
I had a brain mri/mra and my report says epididymitis granularis & cerebellar tonsillar ectopia. (Note I was diagnosed in Feb of 2013 with Arachnoiditis after a car accident.) I also have arterial & venous insufficiency. I've been diabetic since i was 29. Just turned 62. Also have closed angle glaucoma with macula degeneration. Steadily losing my vision thst glaucoma drops are not stopping so my ophthalmologist suggested something else is going on Been having HUGE brain fog more so since COVID in 2023.
Thank you so much for your knowledgeable information. I had a Ct due to an injury. However the other part of the brain came back With. White matter peri ventricular hypodensite chronic microvascular changes. Ischemic. IAm 70 so is this more age related. Iam getting nervous. Made appointment to see Neurologist.
I found out I had WMD after suffering from having my head bent backwards for an EGD. I howled in pain for a month as the pain spiderwebbed out across the right side of my head, I had no insurance and waited till I did to go to the dr, ER’s suck and do nothing. Dr gave me gabapentin to stop the pain, which saved me from suicide I was planning. She referred me to a neurologist that ordered an MRI and found out I have congenital c1-c4 fusion. I have a history of migraines that started at 18, and car crash a few years before my problems started. I’m in misery and have bad pressure in my head when standing when it’s hot outside. I’m scared and no one can help me. I’ve stopped any urge to defecate and have to use an enema or 2 daily and suffered serious diverticulitis once. My neck issue started in my 40’s, I’m almost 57 now, unsteady and brain fog at times. I rotate about 30 vitamins and minerals, haven’t drank soda, drank alcohol, used fluoride or deodorant for 11 years and eat organic and gluten free diet.
Diagnosed yesterday with chronic microvascular ischemic disease yesterday. Really thought I had undiagnosed MS because of cognitive decline, neuropathy, disinhibition, deep depression, foot drop etc. Now I'm waiting to find out how I got this. Only thing I can think of was a bus accident in 2016 where I probably had a concussion after hitting my head, also in 2022 I was protecting my nephew who had cerebral palsy from a drunk step dad and he hit me on my head 3 times with a large solid marble object. I'm just so lost and confused and this disease has lead to me losing everyone I lobe from depression and mood swings. I lost family and my oldest children really don't deal with me because they think I don't love them but I just have nothing good to offer them I'm so depressed and tired all the time...pray for me
Thank you for sharing part of your story. We are so sorry to hear that you are going through this. We understand how debilitating it can become, especially when you feel so alone. But know that you are not alone and there is always hope!! We are praying for your complete healing and that you can get to the root cause of these symptoms.
I clench my jaw during my sleep and a night guard just makes it worse. I wake up with spasms in my eyelids so I wonder if it could affect vascular flow.
Im in East Tennessee, but I want to come see you. Im 49, have minimal foci T2 FLAIR Hyperintensity on my MRI. It does say white matter disease. However, I have numerous MS symptoms, including the hug. The neuro office called and said "your MRI is normal"...what? Nothing about that is normal. Ugh...
We are so sorry to hear this and unfortunately we hear it a lot… it’s not normal and we are glad you are looking into alternative treatment options. TN is not too bad of a trip - if you find you can make it down this way we’d love to see you! Give us a call - in the mean time, we are praying for your healing.
Thank you!! I was just down in Siesta Key over the Thanksgiving holiday week. However, I will be back soon and will definitely call ahead of time. Thank you, so much!
I have white matter disease can't walk balance issues Im told only exercise can help I'm 74 I'm I'm going for an echo? What else can Ido im pretty healthy 7:35
Hello doctor Hauser! I highly encourage you to dive a little into how our diets have changed in a couple of decades. Is it seed oils? Or is it carbohydrates? The combination of both? Highly processed CHs? Or is it plants in general? Should we maybe go completely carnivore? Thank you for all what you do!
Great question! Unfortunately, over the last couple of decades, whole foods have been thrown out the window. So many individuals have the need for immediate gratification and don't spend very much time cooking healthy meals to nourish their bodies. Like many other things in life, it really depends on the person and their body's need for things. Some individuals would do much better on a vegetarian diet while others might thrive on a carnivore diet. We have a lot of great resources on our website about individuals' diet types. Eating the appropriate diet for your diet type can significantly alter your health! There is a quick assessment you can take to see which diet type you are - our website also provides recipes for each diet type. www.hauserdiet.com/hauser-diet-overview/
Not always guaranteed. We have patients who just need to work on their curve, in this case yes, making those changes is enough. However instability is degenerative, meaning it will only continue to worsen over time unless there is regeneration - aka prolotherapy.
@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy I am in Australia other wise i would be seeing you guys ASAP , my 21 y/o son has spent a decade sitting on his but working on his IT business with very very little exercise (although has extreme difficulty putting weight on 45kg at 170cm, no sleep ??). Then would spend time staying awake all night on his phone with his neck nearly at 90 degrees with phone on chest laying down. Lost his short term memory always confused just before a psychotic break , currently in a high dependency unit being pumped with anti psychotics, getting better slowly. I have a a chiropractor organized when he is able who also has oxygen therapy chambers, Hopefully with various supplements he may function normal again. Thank you for your reply it is extremely valued.
@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy Also you are so Right i got my son to do chin tucks, to help straighten his neck in the hospital and he did improve slightly, people like you make me wish i was living in America Thank you so much for all your videos, and your time you are a saint 🙂
I am 64 yrs old and had an MRI that showed patchy? White matter disease. But I didn't pay attention to my severe spinal curvature. My spine is fussed together in a spot at the top. Thank you so much I am sure this is the problem. I mean I will continue to keep my blood pressure low and my sugar low in and my cholesterol in check. But I am positive my neck cracks all the time I used to fight when I was younger karate and I'm paying the price and I know that's raised the pressure in my brain can you give me I know you said go for some kind of therapy?
I was told by one NIR that lying backwards when you have a MRI that the jugular veins block off but then another NIR said the opposite. I've got a partially occluded jugular vein and an occluded jugular vein when lying flat, hence maybe this is why I hate sleeping on my back.
This is interesting! We have found that sleeping position definitely matters and everyone is different! Although you are not sleeping during an MRI you are laying in a similar position. While conducting neck vitals at our office, it has been made clear that certain positions (depending on the individual) can worsen symptoms and compression IJV as well as the vagus nerve.
@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy when I was lying flat it was during a MRI. The person who did the cerebral angiogram said my blood vessels are fine, and the other thinks the styloihoid processes are pressing on the jugular veins but they haven't done a cerebral angiogram yet (not sure why they said this if it's showing up in the MRIs or if this may be an assumption at this point in time. I no longer have length in my neck due to bulging discs and I was born with kyphosis. Thinking maybe if I get my neck stablised then the styloihoid processes won't be near the jugulars.
Mine started chiari then ear fullness with seizures soon after I assume obstruction lead to CSF leak into middle ear than seizures came soon after…. All ignored chalked up to be epileptic seizures only…. In Ontario Canada
I WOULD LOVE IF YOUMAKE A VIDEO ABOUT MOYAMOYA BECAUSE IS A RARE DISORDER THAT NARROW THE VESSEL OF THE BRAIN CALL CIRCLE OF WILLIS. AND THEY DIAGNOSTIC ME WITH THIS DISEASE😢
what to do when my Neuro does not want to do anything about it? he said nothing to worry about despite my recent MRI showed that they grew and a new one just emerged. I really do not know what to do 😞, I also have Arachnoid cyst in my lower left lobe.
Mine says: Few scattered nonspecific foci of white matter T2 prolongation. No evidence of mass or mass effect. My neck is extremely stiff, my upper body is weak, it is hard to keep my posture, requires energy. My eyes and face get edema. Depression, anxiety. I am diagnosed with CPTSD. I feel bad!!! And Drs continuously dismiss me.
I’m 38 years old and was passively told by a neurologist about having white matter at 37 years old. I pressed for answers and she said mine is very advanced as what they typically see in the 60+ age group. I’ve never smoked, drink, and eat 80% clean. I’ve a healthy weight and zero predisposition to this disease (no diabetes, no hbp, etc.). My family and I are so confused why I’ve this. I just went to see the doctor again last week because I’m losing motor skills on my left side and now being told the white matter has increased. And being told there’s nothing they can do. I’ve 3 young kids so I’ve everything to live for. I’m researching left and right on how I can help myself. I wake up with pain and go to bed with pain. I remember telling my mom that inside my brain feels sooo exhausted like when you do a big workout but we all laughed it off.
Cervical instability has an effect on the eye! Increased brain pressure (from cervical instability) can cause an increase in eye pressure causing the pupils to dilate and excessive cerebrospinal fluid encroaches on the optic nerve causing damage.
It would be wise to get an exam and consult! Instability is degenerative, meaning it continues to worsen over time and if nothing is done about it, just will just keep declining.
We do not have specific referrals for outside of our office, especially if we have not seen someone for an exam and to thoroughly review their case, imaging, etc. You may want to look for a Prolotherapy provider online who treats the area of your concern and could see you for a thorough exam and consultation. We wish you all the best as you move forward and research regenerative medicines specialists who can help restore your function. Take good care.
When i was only a teenager i had neck pain and migraines i found out through a chiropractor x ray that my neck was too straight. I did continue to have adjustments for a while but eventually stopped going and stopped thinking about it. I never took it seriously cause i was yonge and thought how can i have something wrong with me so yonge, i assumed they just tell you you have something wrong so you keep coming for adjustments. Fast forward into adulthood, now ive had episodes of vertigo, and visual disturbances, and often wake up in the morning with a feeling of cloudiness in my head that i end up taking a nap to alleviate. So here i am starting to take all of this seriously, but honestly i think its the school structure that involves hours upon hours of students sitting in their desks looking down at their work and writing etc that sets these issues up from a yonge age, maybe every student needs to have prism glasses from the get go.
Hi Amanda, thank you for sharing part of your story and we are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing these symptoms again. But you are right, the lifestyle that so many of us live today contributes to our instabilities.
I was wondering if vertigo and visual disturbances could come from this as well? my husband woke up a few weeks ago with extreme vertigo and blurry vision, which is still double when he looks down. we did an MRI and showed white matter lesions. He had gotten some chemical fume into his eyes and nose the day before, I wonder if that caused the break out….
I have vascular dementia i was first diagnosed with small vessel disease 5 years. Now i have a large lesion right side of my brain they think its inflammation...i systemic inflammation also.Getting bad right sided headaches and focal seizures.I'm worried and confused
Gerald, we are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing these symptoms. We are praying for your complete healing and would love to see you in our office!
I have small vascular disease...white matter issues. My neck is bad. I can raise my neck to a certain position while flst on the bed and i start to pass out. No doctor has talked to me about that.
Wow - we are so sorry to hear this. It sounds like you could have cervical instability as well as need to work on your curve. Please reach out to us directly and someone from our clinical team can learn more about your case.
Hello this is? Is for Dr Hauser can white matter lesions show up on an mri for people that have Fibromyalgia??? I had a concussion about 5 years ago, I am thinking about coming for a treatment with Dr. Hauser I 1st MRI was 5 years ago and I had white matter Lesions and I just had one about a week ago.. one doctor told me that white matter Lesions say that you have Fibromyalgia… but one Nuro surgeon said nope a blunt to the head could cause white matter lesions… I also have a straight Ning of my spine …
My MRI said this ‘2 small white matter lesions are noted in the left external capsule and there is a tiny speck anterior to the right caudate nucleus. There is no typical feature of demyelination.’ When I see my neurologist, what questions will be helpful for me to ask? Am 35 year old, Female.
Great question Sarah! We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this and needing a neurologist. We would recommend getting diagnostic testing done to see if you have instability and how severe it is as well as what your IJVs look like - are they being compressed? In what positions? Etc. We would love to help you on your road to healing if you find that you can travel to our office!
We cannot give any referrals but we can recommend that you start with a simple google search - look for a Prolotherapy provider in your area who can see you for an exam and consult!
In the beginning I thought i had Multiple sclerosis but I didn't had diabetes what i ha was Moyamoya disease tat is very similar 😢 now I have boths😢 i suffer a couple of strokes and got 2 brain surgeries. Can you make a video about Moyamoya?
Hi! My son is 23 yrs old and he the MRI showed white matter lessors in the right frontal lobe . Do you know anything about it. He sais all the time he deels out of him and depressed
Dr Hausser! 2023 during a surgical clearance for surgery A radiologist wrote white matter but he wrote NORMAL, a year later yesterday I found by reading my records now Chronic Isquemia with white matter and demyeling Disease. THE SAD PART 3 physicians saw it BUT NEVER TOLD ME. Jesus Christ! am no smoker no diabetis high blood well controlled 120/70 with blood pressure pill and exercise except last 4 months due to Back pain BP 150/90 . my ADL is good... am so shocked!!

Thank you finally someone has talked about this and I don’t feel crazy anymore for not feeling good
We are glad that you were able to find some answers with our video - we are praying for your healing and wish you the best on your regenerative medicine journey!
Thank you doctor Hauser in 10 years no one has been able to explain that to me better than you just did 10 years ago when they told me I had white matter disease I was terrified
I just got that diagnostic from MRI. How are you managing it!?

I agree this Doctor knows how to explain very, very well
was it due to your jugular veins being squished like Dr. Hauser explained in this video and were you able to recover?
Right when I think there is no other symptomatic findings Dr. Hauser puts another video up. My MRI showed ischaemia of unknown origin and was in my 30s. Can't wait to see Dr. Paul Schiavo trained my Dr. Hauser soon
Is he located somewhere else?
Long story short, I've been sick for years, no clear diagnosis. My neurologist mentioned "white spots" on an X-ray, but he was very passive about it. It felt like he was telling me I had bad acne, just matter-of-fact.
This is the most comprehensive run down I've seen.
We are so sorry to hear this was your experience but are happy you found our channel! We pray that you can find a proper and clear diagnosis soon!
Your videos are so important and I called your channel- Hauser University... so much information presented in digestible way for medical students.
Thank you!! We are so happy to get out all this information!
This is very familiar to me. Thank you for sharing your story. Wishing you health and happiness! 💖
I have been dealing with the same thing for 3 years and every neurological visit they say all normal due to chronic migraines I have been trying to educate myself
I just found out that over 5 years ago I had a brain scan done the doctor said everything is ok,well I got the patient portal come to find out I had white matter then and my mind doesn't feel right hasn't in a long time now my doctor is doing another brain scan and I have been diagnosed with lung cancer now
Body aquarium has some great strches for neck which gave me some relief and interesting interview on poly vagal therory
This Doctor knows how to explain very well
Thank you! We are so grateful that we can use this platform to spread information!
I so enjoy and appreciate your videos and that you give your time to us! Blessings to you Dr. Hauser!😊
Thanks for the kind words!
That is great to hear that you are feeling better!
The Doctor told me this year that i have scattered chronic small vessel ischemic changes also visualized within the periventricular white matter.
Thank you for this information. This is very good of you to share this. Thank you for being so clear and transparent.
Thanks for watching!
Learning so much that helps me connect the dots with my health issues . Thank you SO much

Have you seen Dr. Padulas lectures on Post Trauma Vision syndrome? This is absolutely fascinating. Thank you for uploading
This happened to me from a car accident, blunt trauma.
I was told, the white matter is in my frontal and temporal lobes.
My head is tilted…

Thank you so much ❤
How did you deal with this? How do you cure it
I was wondering if cervical instability could cause phantom smells, I have trouble holding my head up a lot and this tends to happen at least once a day.
I was told by neurologist that I had white matter mass but not to worry as it was due to migraines.
Can you tell me please? Is DR Hauser saying white matter disease is curable by prolotherapy and curve Correction?
I feel like every time I forget to ask a certain question at my appointments dr Hauser answers it in a video the next day😂🙏🏽🫶🏽
I agree Michelle 😊
I almost have the same.. It's brilliant to get this information.!
I literally just shared his venous congestion headaches video on FB and I was saying the exact same thing lol. I had so many questions that I either forgot to ask or didn't have time for when I was there

Great information. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!

This sounds just like me.. wow
Same situation but worst than yours.i had MRI 8 months ago due to headache and results came clean.Had Mri again yesterday for migraine and this time it says severe bilateral periventricular white matter changes.
How are you doing now ?
Sounds like me I started having seziures in I honestly can remember what year I started having seziures
Thank you doctor , you explained the best way all concerns .
thanks for being here!
Dear Doctor
Why can't you be in Germany.

Can you refer me to someone in San Diego?
Can you tell me please? Is DR Hauser saying white matter disease is curable by prolotherapy and curve Correction?
I habe almost your exact symptoms! I wish I knew what wss happening. Apparently lyme disease or mold can cause some of these symptoms 🤔
But I have hEDS, and had as Hauser said 97th percentile intracranial hypertension, meaning the worst 3%
I thought I’ll die at 32, had severe pots, lived medicated, felt seizures and couldn’t read a line for my children, it was a nightmare
ONE ☝️ adjustment by Brian Hutchinson got me off of the beta blockers I was on for a year and a half
Of course I applied Hausers advice on laying down every hour for 5 minutes in proper sleep posture, and didn’t turn my head to the right side for 3 months
My face swelling went away
Weight dropped after getting off of the meds
I’m alive ❤
Your gram’s definitely suffered due to not having proper care and proper advice how to straighten that posture
Prolo works. Dr Hauser helps. Hutchinson helps. Middleton helps. They’re all worth every dollar spent, truly! 🎉🎉
I was always told I have heart arrhythmia, that’s BS
When my neck alignment is proper, I have no arrhythmia
Braces help
Chiropractors should NOT be manually adjusting your upper neck tho, not if you have hyper mobility
They should be using the vibrational tools as Hutchinson uses
No “hammering neck turning with cracking” that’s a big no
@@MrsPaulaTorres this is very interesting, it sounds like these Drs have really helped you.
I'm getting upper cervical work done but it's not large adjustments like you're thinking... They take an actuator and make very light tapping adjustments on only one spot on my axis. They have taken precise measurements and angles with X-ray. I'm also not needing beta blockers as much
I was having symptoms of hyperPOTS and things are so much better now. I didn't know about the lying on the right side thing what is that for?
I definitely need to lay down more during the day

Interesting - is there a clear distinction between this lesion type and MS? I have MS which is an immune issue but also wonder what role the vascular system plays in this. BBB is likely also important in preventing leakage / damage.
Wow! Wealth of information
Doc when I came to you in 21, didn't have any white matter. Did a CTa and mri, I have them now...planning on coming back for another appointment
We are sorry to hear this but look forward to seeing you again!
are you considering writing a book that has all of what you know combined? i bought your prolotherapy book but I’m not sure if that only talkes about what prolotherapy is and just skims over what causes cervical instability. i would love an in debth book about this
In the process! However there are many articles on our website that house a lot of this information 😊

He had gotten some chemical fume into his eyes and nose the day before, I wonder if that caused the break out….
Both are common symptoms with cervical instability!
Hi Beth - we are so sorry to hear this, we are praying for your complete healing as you go into your appointment tomorrow!
So, treatable or not
Can you see this on a CT scan?
I just turned 70 years old
Please know that we are praying for your complete healing as you go into your MRI!
I'm 36 and my recent MRI shows 51 lesions...and six months ago there was only 1. Any ideas?? Waiting for follow-up with my Neurologist to discuss.
Can you tell me please? Is DR Hauser saying white matter disease is curable by prolotherapy and curve Correction?
Do you have any symptoms?
Dr Hauser! i was going to see you but the stenosis of Cervical was present so had the surgery 6 months ago c2 thr c7. unfortunatelly 2 weeks ago my body went trembling as over all. The surgeon did fusion was perfect but i suffered hand weakness not related to NO STROKE.. Here is my question; Can a hand go weak from a myeling issue>
I’m a veteran and I have ischemic small vessel disease
We are praying for your healing Katina!
Can you tell me please? Is DR Hauser saying white matter disease is curable by prolotherapy and curve Correction?
We are so sorry to hear this - we would love to get you in for exams and diagnostics. At a minimum you'd have a proper and clear diagnosis!
I pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ ❤
My son had them in early life. How rare and causes please.
His wife is a dietician. Cervical instability is a skeletal disstructure problem and has nothing to do with diets. 🙄

Thanks Doctor Hauser but is it reversible if the environment is changed , RE: no internet or bending for the phone and strenuous exercise
Can you tell me please? Is DR Hauser saying white matter disease is curable by prolotherapy and curve Correction?
Can bilateral cervical ribs cause or affect white matter ?
Thanks for the suggestion Yolanda!
what to do when my Neuro does not want to do anything about it? he said nothing to worry about despite my recent MRI showed that they grew and a new one just emerged. I really do not know what to do 😞, I also have Arachnoid cyst in my lower left lobe.
what about pons cerebellum atrophy - mid brain line?
Mine says: Few scattered nonspecific foci of white matter T2 prolongation. No
evidence of mass or mass effect.
Can cervical instability change the optic eye nerve?
Cervical instability has an effect on the eye! Increased brain pressure (from cervical instability) can cause an increase in eye pressure causing the pupils to dilate and excessive cerebrospinal fluid encroaches on the optic nerve causing damage.
What about
Mild chronic white matter microvascular ischemic changes. My MRI ahowed this. My neck is humped in the cervical region
It would be wise to get an exam and consult! Instability is degenerative, meaning it continues to worsen over time and if nothing is done about it, just will just keep declining.
Doc can yiu recommend someone like YOU in Hollywood, Florida?
We do not have specific referrals for outside of our office, especially if we have not seen someone for an exam and to thoroughly review their case, imaging, etc. You may want to look for a Prolotherapy provider online who treats the area of your concern and could see you for a thorough exam and consultation. We wish you all the best as you move forward and research regenerative medicines specialists who can help restore your function. Take good care.
@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy thss as no I do much.
Can capillary disease cause a brain bleed stroke
When capillaries become enlarged it can affect blood flow.
We would love to hear more about your case - please reach out to our office directly and someone from our clinical team can help you get scheduled!
How do you work with someone say from NY?
We cannot give any referrals but we can recommend that you start with a simple google search - look for a Prolotherapy provider in your area who can see you for an exam and consult!
Can exposure to toxic chemicals like benzene, vinyl chloride or TCE cause white matter lesions?
In the beginning I thought i had Multiple sclerosis but I didn't had diabetes what i ha was Moyamoya disease tat is very similar 😢 now I have boths😢 i suffer a couple of strokes and got 2 brain surgeries. Can you make a video about Moyamoya?
Sorry to hear about this Yolanda! Thanks for the suggestion, we will consider it!
